The entire trip was perfect from beginning to end. Everything happened as scheduled and everything was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Inca expert travel and Noelia Castro!

Everything was first class. The guides were awesome. They were thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. All the arrangements went off without a hitch. Even when our flight was delayed, there was someone there to meet us at 1am. Could not ask for a better experience.

This was a fantastic 8-day private tour for me and my wife, to Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu hike, and Puno (Lake Titicaca). Key to doing so much in a short time was a well thought personalized itinerary with the help of Noelia. Her suggestions were very valuable, and she did not overlook any detail. She was very responsive, and her input extremely valuable. Just as a great planning, the execution was also excellent: punctuality, perfect coordination at all times with multiple drivers and guides, trains and flights. As an example of attention to detail, Inca Expert Travel arranged for an additional driver to pick up our luggage we had left at the Cusco hotel to meet us at the airport upon returning from Machu Picchu to ensure we would not miss our next flight. All hotels were excellent, equal standard or better than expected. All guides and drivers were very courteous, very knowledgeable and passionate about the Inca history. The guides at the two highlights of our trip, Manoel at Machu Picchu and Jose at Puno/Lake Titicaca were top notch. All in all, a wonderful trip, which was well planned and well executed, thanks to the team of Inca Experts. At all times, we felt confident that we were in good hands, so we could enjoy beautiful Peru.

Everything was organized and the trip went very smooth. Silvia Rincon helped us plan a great itinerary, patiently answering all the questions we had and then their team handling all our logistics right from landing in Lima till return flight home. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the sites, their history and had a passion to educate us on their culture and people. Overall one of the best experiences we have had and the family loved the trip!

I contacted Inca Experts after a very slow and confusing booking process with another tour company. We were within a week of our arrival in Peru and I was getting worried. I sent an email before going to bed and had a response with a beginning itinerary from Eli by the time I woke up!!! Wow! The itinerary was exactly what we were looking for and we were excited now. From the moment Juliano met us at the Cusco airport(he was our orientation expert) to when our last driver(name escapes me) dropped us back there, our entire journey was seamless, enjoyable and professional. Each of our guides was amazingly knowledgable, giving my husband and I a glimpse into a culture about which we knew embarassingly little. I'd like to give specific mention about Diana and Victor(Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu). Their knowledge and enthusiasm of the area and history made the afternoons go quickly and inspired us to learn more after our visit. I also want to mention that they paced the tour to accomodate my husband's struggle with the altitude(this is real people, do not underestimate it!!). Obviously sharing from day to day what would improve our experience. Thank you Another thing we truly appreciated was that they treated us like adults. While they gave us all the information/direction we could want, they realized we could get to the train by ourselves, allowed us to have lunch as a couple. It was the perfect amount of guidance and respect. Please, please, please consider using Inca Expert as your guide thru this once in a lifetime experience, you will NOT regret it.
