Arrangements were first rate. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Itinerary was appropriate. Transfers were prompt and on time. Hotels were as represented. Argentina is a beautiful, diverse and friendly.

Extraordinary. We went to Machu Picchu from a cruise ship. We wanted a more personalized experience than the cruise ship could offer, and we got it. MP isn’t an easy place to get to. But, Inca Travel was there every step of the way with a sign and friendly face. Like clockwork. Peter, our guide was amazing. His passion for his heritage and culture shines through. He was seasoned and had done the tour hundreds of times, but his enthusiasm is evident each day. Many insights that you wouldn’t get on a large tour. Thank you Inca, including Eli Cabrera our organizer.

Inca and our Rep Melissa Schenk were excellent to work with and every transfer and tour she set up for us was great. We were greeted at the Buenos Aires airport and Lima port like old friends by the tour guides. The tours were all exactly as promised and the tour guides were all exceptional. The transfers and most tours were private! It was one of the best travel experiences we have had. We would definitely book with Inca and Melissa again and highly recommend them to handle your tours and transfers in South America.

Amazing trip from start to finish. Planning with our travel advisor Marina very easy and definitely reassuring after the political unrest in January. We spent a week visiting Lima, Cusco, Valle Sagrado and of course, Machu Picchu. Attentive personal service started with pick-up at the airport. Excellent drivers. Knowledgeable tour guides - Gustavo, Fabricio, Ivan and Peter - who all spoke perfect English. They answered all our questions and displayed an obvious love for their homeland. Hotel accommodations were top notch in great locations - Villa Barranco, Casa Andina Premium, Inkaterra Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend Inca Experts to our friends and family for the trip of a lifetime.

Travel advisor, Selene Montemayor, was exceptional. She returned emails/phone calls in a timely manner and curated an amazing trip for us to Iguazu Falls and Patagonia at short notice after our Machu Picchu trip was cancelled. Friendly reliable OUTSTANDING service! From the booking agent Melissa to Ivan and Manuel my tour guides to even the van drivers! All of them especially my tour guides went above and beyond in meeting and exceeding my expectations! They cared and went out of their way for me to assure I had a great experience! I could not of asked for more! They provided everything! I highly recommend them and plan to rebook with family and friends!

10/10. We did not know Inca Expert Travel but after the first call with Leila we did not lack confidence in them. We decided to go on a rather long trip with only three weeks notice and we couldn't have organized it better if it hadn't been for Leila and her team. She was super professional, attentive, she helped us both in English and Spanish, and personally made sure that everything went perfectly. From the first moment, he supported us to create a tailor-made trip (to Argentina [Buenos Aires & Patagonia], Peru [Lima, Cusco], and Bolivia [La Paz, Uyuni]). Every place treated us as if we were on our second honeymoon, she personalized each stop to our expectations and even helped us make some last-minute changes. Price was very reasonable as well. Once we got home, she requested our feedback and plant two trees in the Patagonia after our visit :) We are planning another trip and we will repeat with them for sure. We had been working with Inca Expert Travel for about nine months and finally booked our trip in August 2022, making final payment in late November 2022. When the political trouble began in early December 2022 we contacted the company, and they assured us that all would be well. Just before Christmas we discussed alternatives to our trip, as the whole reason for going was to visit Machu Picchu and we were told that they offered no refunds but would consider credit toward travel later in the year. We contacted our credit card company to dispute the final payment, as it was clear to us that the company would not be able to deliver on the contracted services. The General Manager at Inca Expert Travel contacted us directly and we agreed to pay for the agent's commission and the cost of the flights within Peru, which were quite reasonable. Additionally, our final payment was refunded and we have been credited for the remainder for a generous period of time. Our hats go off to Katia Silva who was able to make us feel good about wanting to return to Inca Expert Travel to book our bucket list trip to Peru.

Our travel advisor, Sylvia Rincon, was so knowledgeable and helped us organize the perfect trip to Peru…until it wasn’t due to the political unrest. She came to the rescue at the last minute with options and we ended up in the Amazon jungle after Lima instead of Cusco/Machu Picchu. It was all flawless including lovely accommodations, gracious transfers, domestic flights and tours. Even the emergency number worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Inca Travel!
