Excellent guidance provided by Marina, our travel expert, in setting up our tour; superb customer service, attention to detail in timing the tours, and in answering any concerns. There are also people to contact in case of emergency, which is a bonus. All the Guides were knowledgable about Incan history, the terrain, offering suggestions and tips. The hotels were beyond expectations, with traditional touches. We toured Lima, Cusco, and Macchu Piccu, and it is a memory of a lifetime.I would highly recommend this tour agency; and would use them again.

Where to begin?? From the start, our planner Silivia was very helpful and thorough with the planning of our 'very full' itinerary in Peru. Most importantly, everything that was promised was delivered to perfection! We were taken care of every step of the journey with excellent guides and had the trip of a lifetime exploring Lima, Arequipa, Colca Canyon, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and many places in between. And when the hotels that were chosen found out it was our honeymoon, most surprised us with a decadent treat in our hotel room. We will definitely be back to Peru -- and will definitely use Inca Expert Travel again! Highly recommend.

What a fabulous time we had on our trip to Peru in August. As a family of five we visited Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu that included an incredible experience of the two day Inca trail to Machu Picchu. The entire trip was planned by Inca Expert Travel. Their team is fantastic as organizers and coordinated our trip details to make sure we had a great time. The various tours that were arranged by Inca Expert Travel were so informative and each travel guide brought the passion and knowledge to educate us about the Inca culture and history. When we got stranded in Machu Picchu due to some transportation strike, the travel experts went out of their way to get us back on track so we made it back on time to catch our flights back. Our trip was framed and planned exceptionally by our contact, Liz Sperling, and the team! Every detail was planned and executed to perfection: after flights from the US to Lima, our host was there and met us at the airport and gave us the packet of essential tickets and driven to the hotel; every guide for daily tours was on time to pick us up and displayed tremendous knowledge of the day's sights; the hotels were ready for us and were at the quality level we requested; the "emergency on call number" was available and we used it to clarify the availability of tickets for the Cusco day trip.
