My husband and I just returned from a fantastic trip, hiking the Inca Trail for 4 days, spending several days in Cusco and finishing our trip on Lake Titicaca and Isla Suasi. JOB WELL DONE!!! 17 DAY PERU TRIP I don't usually post reviews; however, because this travel experience was so exceptional and the level of service provided was so good - I am going to post this review. To begin, I found Incas Expert Travel online and because they were a "foreign" (read as "not based in the US") company, I was skeptical and hesitant to proceed. However, after speaking with their staff and travel agents, specifically the agent helping me - Jackie Becker, and after receiving very professional informational brochures about the company and their services, I did not feel they were a "fly by night" operation and I chose to proceed. To say that the company went "above and beyond" would be an absolute understatement. I was looking for a "luxury travel agency" for Peru, and although there are high end travel agencies in the US that can book in Peru, those agencies did not have the flexibility, nor the local knowledge to customize the trip that Incas Expert Travel was able to put together for me. I booked a 17 day trip for my family, the majority with private guides, private transfers, etc., and definitively nice hotels to stay (as this was my families first time to South America and I wanted to make sure they were comfortable). After multiple conversations and e-mail's, Jackie and Incas Expert Travel put together a world class trip. I am a very seasoned traveler and concede that without their help, it would have been an impossibility to organize and book they trip and itinerary they put together for me. I highly recommend the company and their agents. They are definitively a professional company and anyone that has any hesitation about booking with a company outside of the US - don't worry at all.
