Overall the trip was wonderful. Well organized and thoroughly prepared by Rachel at Incas Expert Travel. Every item they promised me came to fruition just as planned. Every guide we had at each stop was very knowledgeable and helpful. We chose the package with 4 star hotels which was perfect. All hotels were nice & clean and had satisfactory breakfast buffet each morning. There were 3 of us and each hotel had 3 beds as promised. I would recommend Incas Expert Travel to anyone planning to visit Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu.

This was the first time we’ve used a travel agency and it really paid off! There was an agricultural strike that would have blocked our train service from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu (the entire reason for our visit to Peru!). The agency was aware of the strike and changed our travel arrangements to get us there a day ahead of schedule in order to avoid the strike. The transition, as well as the entire trip, went seamlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better Travel Advisor than Rachel. She was so professional and responsive in all of our pre-trip coordination correspondence. I felt that we were valued as clients. Ally really stood out as our best guide through the Pisac ruins & market, the Ollantaytambo fortress, the Maras salt pans, and the Moray circular terraces. She was raised in the Sacred Valley. The knowledge of the area that she shared with us came from true understanding (vs. training). All of our guides and drivers were prompt. We rate our overall experience as an A+. I was hesitant at first but everything went so smoothly that I would encourage everyone to use your services. I was really surprised at how much more challenging it is to arrange things and get around Peru than say anywhere in Europe. This agency did it all and it was a wonderful trip filled with great adventures with fabulous guides and absolutely no stress.

We had an excellent experience with Incas Expert and a wonderful trip!! Our travel agent, Rachel, worked with us to make our ideal adventure and accommodate our every request. She met us upon our arrival and made sure that we had all of the information we needed. All of the tour guides were wonderful - personable, very informative, patient (we had a lot of questions)and clearly displayed a love of their country and culture! The drivers did great too, always on time and helpful. The accommodations were well chosen, great locations. A very smooth trip that exceeded all expectations! My parents stated repeatedly that it was a trip of a lifetime...and it was!

What can I say, but from the moment we arrived to when we left we were taken care of in the most professional way. Incas Expert lives up to their name. We were picked up at every location. Every step of the way was explained and detailed by our expert guides. Our hotel accommodations were the best that they offered, and so worth it. I do recommend the Belmond Hirman Bingham Train ride.
