I have traveled many times and to many places throughout the world. This recent trip with Incas experts was perfect! There was not one single hiccup with the entire trip until we got to Lima for our return delta flight that was delayed by delta for mechanical problems. Obviously to know ones fault but making our reflections of this trip even more perfect!!!

Everything ran smoothly from the time we were picked up in airport in Cusco through being dropped off at the end of our week. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We had amazing drivers who navigated the streets of Peru safely. All the hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a great trip with memories that will last us a lifetime. Rachel, who coordinated our trip, held our hand along the way and was always accommodating to any changes or add-ons we asked for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency to anyone looking to explore Peru.

Every driver showed up right on time, every tour guide did, all of our tickets for trains, boat rides, hikes and tours were organized impeccably for us. We made 2 minor changes during the trip and the 24-hour team were so fast and efficient in accommodating our desired changes. Honestly, everyone we interacted with was amazing. We loved that we were on all private tours (at very reasonable prices) and with very nice private vehicles as well - spacious, well air-conditioned, and with safe drivers on those “interesting” Peruvian roads. Inca Experts and specifically James Gilmore setup a phenomenal 4 day trip to Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The guides and drivers were professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Accommodations (5 star) were excellent. Inca Experts provided us with an unforgettable experience and we will definitely use them again. Our only regret was that we did not spend more time in the area. We will be back in the future to take in more of what we could not cover in our 4 days. We will call James and the Inca Expert team for our return.

Rating Incas expert is tops. From the moment of contact with James Gilmore who provided all the coverages, details, questions by emails. Very profession and quick to respond. All the transportation were right on time and the guides were very professional, knowledgeable, caring. Every step of the way was double checked by the new guides and with additional print outs of the schedule and what to expect. Plus we've learned so much about the fascinating Incas like taking Incas 101 in class. Absolutely wonderful company.

Absolutely EVERYONE connected to Incas Experts - from Elizabeth, who set up our tour, to our drivers (Orlando!), to all of our very knowledgeable guides (Carmen, Kathy and Fabricio!) was fun, on time, helpful and filled our brains to overflowing! Everything was planned to the detail. Hotels were all top notch! Breakfasts at the hotels were all just super. We can’t say enough about how well we were treated. The sights we saw - Cusco, Sacred Valley (weavers, Salt Mines and the Incan Agriculture Experimental ruins), Macchu Picchu and the hike to Huayna Picchu were awe inspiring. The train to Aguas Calientes, the ruins and the food and entertainment on the train just great! Thank you all for making our trip sensational!
