It was a wonderful experience to have Incas Expert Travel as our travel agent. They took us by the hand during the whole trip even when my husband got sick. They never left us alone. The hotels and the services received were outstanding. I will recommend them anytime!!! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and respectful. We were so lucky to find Inca Travel!!!

Great trip. Rachel and Lizzie did a wonderful job. We visited Lima, Cusco, The Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu. Hotels were excellent and service was as good as it possibly could be. The food was divine and the people were warm and very friendly. Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley should be on everyone's bucket list, and this Travel Agency is the perfect way to do it.

I can’t say enough about INCAS Experts Travel. They planned and coordinated the perfect trip for my friend and I. It was our first time to South America but definitely not our last. Liz, our Expert, was fantastic. We communicated for months via email as she planned our trip based on the ideas we had plus her recommendations. When we arrived in Lima Liz was there (at 2:00AM) to greet us and accompany us to our hotel plus give us our individual itinerary for our trip. This was such a nice surprise to get to meet Liz. We had wonderful drivers and tour guides at every stop and they were always on time, informative and friendly. All our planes, trains and buses were perfectly coordinated. When we arrived in Cusco, Ashly was our next Expert to greet us with the remainder of our information and tickets for the last part of our tour. If any little issue arose Liz and Ashly were only an email or text nesssge away with the answer. Explored Lima, Cuzco, Paracas, and Machu Picchu - all arranged through Inca Expert Travel. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip and all were centrally located, clean & quiet with great ambience. Private guides in each location were well versed, interesting and spoke English well and the transportation during the tours was all in private, comfortable vans. Highly recommend Inca Expert Travel - we’ll definitely work with them again upon a return trip to Peru.

We are happy to be home safe and sound in flat grounds. I cannot thank you enough for arranging that Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu and the Rainbow Mountain trip that we have planned and prepared for a year. Overall, you exceeded my expectations. Everything was on time as scheduled from when we arrived Lima and left Cuzco, from when we are to be picked up and drop off. You provided us with excellent guides and drivers. The tour you have arranged was beyond words. The hotels that we stayed was excellent. The only downside I had was the location of the hotel in Cuzco, the Retablo. The hotel itself is very nice but the only complaint I have is it is situated uphill and after the many days of trekking, I was so tired already to go up and down the steep pathway. Maybe if you can just find one that is close by Plaza de Armas, even at an extra cost I would be willing to pay had I known it was uphill, so that would give guest time to just walk around and sit in the plaza and not be feeling so tired to go uphill again. We will surely recommend your services to our families and friends who wish to visit Peru. Thank you again Liz Sterling for arranging everything, answering my questions before I finally made the commitment. You have given me the time to think over things and not rush me to make decisions. Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Ollantaytambo and the other places will forever be treasured in our hearts. Thank you again .

Returned from our Peru trip and it was amazing. James @ Inca Expert Travel looked after all the planning and coordination and all we had to do was show up. Incas Expert Travel did a great job putting together what was essentially a turn-key tour and travel experience for me and my companion in the Amazon, Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. We chose the level of accommodations and provided input on hotels and sites we wanted to see. The company had guides and drivers for the two of us to navigate the tour, and we also had some free time to ourselves to explore. The guides did a very good job and spoke English well. All were local and could bring the perspective of the native people to the conversation, which added context and history to the information. Everything went pretty much seamlessly. I do highly recommend this group for a tour in the region.

OMG, what an amazing trip. Rachel from Incas Expert Travel took care of everything for us, based on our preferences. The quality of the hotels, the food, the staff, the guides was amazing. All the transports were first class including mini buses and a boat. And every one was on time. I often find faults with our trips, but this one was truly perfect. From pick up at Airport to dropping us back at Airport. Thanks Rachel and Incas Expert Travel for everything.
