My buddy and I had an action packed trip in Peru. We covered a lot of ground, much of it in regards to the amazing history of the great Inca culture (Machu Piccchu was at the top of the list) We never stayed in one place for more than 2 nights during our 13 days there. All of the logistics were as perfectly coordinated as an old Swiss watch, and our private tour guides were all outstanding. We even changed plans mid trip - a pretty complicated reboot - and Inca Experts were surprisingly able to accommodate us. Much thanks to Liz - and Jackie. We really didn't want to leave - ha. Very well prepared travel program. Thanks to our travel agent, Rachel, who was very efficient, patient, and was always in touch. No hassle from Lima to Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, then to Cusco. Tour guides were very knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Drivers were on time. No complaints about hotels. Suggested restaurants and shopping areas were perfect. The whole trip was not rushed. Gave us enough time to rest in between tours. The whole family enjoyed it. It was a very fulfilling experience.

First trip to Peru for myself, wife and two teenage daughters. We planned the trip through Incas Expert Travel. The trip was excellent. Incas built our iteineary and planned all aspects of the trip. I spoke with our travel expert James via phone a few tomes leading up to the trip. There are many variables involved due to the number of locations visited. Everything worked out perfectly. Our rides all showed up on time and we did not miss a thing. We went from Lima to Cusco to Agus Caliente. We added a hike of Huyana Picchu on a second day. The country is beautiful and the people are very kind and helpful. Loved the experience and would highly recommend it to an adventurous family who does not mind being mobile and agile.

Booked our trip with James on short notice and he did a great job of putting everything together quickly for us. The trip went fantastic we were met with transportation and guides at the airports who kept us informed on everything. The guides we had on all our excursions in the cities, Machu Picchu, and the jungle we're incredible couldn't ask for more. All our accommodation's were excellent highly recommend Inca's Expert Travel.

I contacted Incas Expert Travel about a month before my trip and was connected with Liz. Liz chatted with me via email and on the phone to learn about our desired itinerary and worked with us to find what would best accommodate our time frame for our trip and our budget. I originally was only interested in booking Machu Pichu specific travel services through Incas Expert Travel, but after chatting with Liz, picking her brain, and hearing her numerous recommendations we decided to book our entire 8-day stay through Incas. This was by far the greatest decision we could have made. Having Incas Expert Travel book our flights, hotels and ground transportation from Lima (Miraflores & Barranco), Cusco, Macchu Picchu and back gave us the greatest peace of mind knowing they were always there if we got caught in a snag. Liz personally met us as soon as we touched down in Lima to escort us to our hotel. She printed out our entire trip's itinerary and walked us through our excursions. It also made us feel at home being continuously greeted by Incas Expert representatives. We booked a handful of excursions through Incas Expert Travel including a bike city tour in Lima, walking city tour in Cusco, Sacred Valley day trip, 6-mile hike on the Inca trail & Macchu Picchu tour. Each tour exceeded all expectations. Each of our guides was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about the services we received from Liz and the rest of Incas Expert Travel staff. Our trip to Peru was by far our greatest traveling experience yet. I was nervous about using an online travel agency for our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Peru and then was BLOWN AWAY by Incas Expert Travel's first-rate services in both planning our travel and on the ground in Peru for 6 days. Their staff was very knowledgeable about specific hotel properties and amenities, listened to and understood our (particular) requirements for how we like to travel, and was sensitive to our budget and itinerary requests. In Peru, their team was in frequent communication with us (even during unavoidable plane and train delays) and took care of every detail. Guides and drivers were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the history and culture, and eager to customize our tours and travel as we wished. (For example, when one guide learned we like horses, we changed our afternoon's plan to see a Peruvian Paso Horse show.) We got a first-class custom and private travel experience at a lower price than friends paid for group travel with other tour operators. Peru is a magnificent country and Incas Expert Travel helped make our trip a supremely positive and memorable experience for our whole family.
