Visiting Machu Pichuu has always been a dream of mine and so when I finally got the chance to make the trip, I was referred by a friend to Incas Expert Travel. From the very first day that I started to interact with Elizabeth and Jackie, even after a few scheduling hiccups, they made the process stress free throughout. I felt truly prepared prior to the start of my trip based on the expert guidance and detailed planning that had been evidently conducted on my behalf. On arrival in country and throughout our time in Peru we were well taken care of along every step of the way. We were constantly briefed in person and also updated via phone and email. We were provided with expert guides who by their detailed knowledge, professional and easygoing manner, combined with their own unique perspectives, helped us to truly become immersed in and fully enjoy the experience. I have always wanted to see Machu Picchu but Incas Expert Travel showed me that and so much more and as a result I may just return. Well done!

I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to travel in the Cusco/Machu Picchu area. We had great guides who were highly educated, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We were picked up everyday on time. Our trip planner James was very helpful. We even went white water rafting which can be concerning in a foreign country, but the company Incas Expert used was top notch. Our rafting guide was professional and very friendly. We felt safe the whole time. Our trip went smooth as silk and we didn’t have any issues. I’m so glad we found this company. Our trip couldn’t have gone any better.

Wonderful trip! We traveled as a family of four with our two teenage kids (13 and 14). They arranged for us to have adjoining rooms at each location (Great job Rachel!). We visited Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), Cusco, then Puno and islands in Lake Titicaca, Isla Suasi, and then 2 days in Lima (the gastronomic tour was worth it!). We opted for mostly private tours, which were the best. All transfers and tours were on time and Inca's expert guides were super informative and fun. We were greeted in Lima, Cusco, and Puno, by Incas Expert agents who transferred with us from the airport/station to the hotel. When I got sick during the trip, Incas Expert arranged for a doctor to treat me at our hotel. The doctor even brought me the medications. Great service from Incas Expert!

We highly recommend Incas Experts for your trip to Peru. We worked with James, who put together a fantastic tour to Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. Communication was great and all went as planned. We enjoyed having all our transfers to plane and train arranged in advance. A special shout out to their guides who were all wonderful and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use this company when traveling to South America.

Pre trip planning was excellent. Travel consultants were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a custom itinerary and saw all the sites we wanted. Local tour guides were great. We had a wonderful trip.

We used Incas Expert Travel on a recent trip to Peru. Rachel was our travel advisor and she was awesome! From the beginning she planned everything. She asked what we wanted to do and see and then planned the whole trip from the moment we landed in Lima to the time we departed. We had private tour guides and drivers to take us wherever we needed to go. The tour guides were all extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The hotels were excellent as well. We just had the most amazing vacation to Peru and in very large part due to Liz at Incas Expert Travel. The personal attention I received during the planning process was second only to the amazing service we received throughout our trip. Every connection went off without a hitch. The guides at each experience were amazing, especially our Cusco City tour guide, Fabricio. He spent much of his childhood in Cusco and his ability to weave his own memories throughout the tour made it very special. Liz made the impossible possible when one of our friends became ill during the trip and she was able to reschedule a day for them to still visit Machu Picchu. Will be recommending Liz to friends who are excited to also experience Peru.

Well planned trip. Elizabeth Sperling was excellent. The tour guides were, without exception, knowledgeable, friendly and simpaticos. The pace of the tours was just right for us. This was a great experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of visiting Peru. They are great.
