Don’t order from this company …

I ordered white membrane for my garden and was sent black. I was told white would be despatched but more black arrived. I rang and was told to return all 8 rolls of black and the same day I would receive white membrane. No white membrane! I have wasted £32.99, a lot of time and energy to be told they don’t stock white and I can keep the rolls that I have! I don’t have any!!!! I returned them!!! This company are a joke!!! I shall be contacting head office and Amazon as they have just wasted my precious time, energy and money. Now they are saying I could have a refund and keep the product for free!!! I was never given this option so they are lying! I am contacting Amazon and head office!

5* for service, but goods were damaged so 4* overall

First, the positives: - very quick shipping - excellent customer service - replaced broken items without hesitation - would definitely use again. However, the overall experience was marred by the fact that the items I bought (marble placemat sets) arrived damaged with chipped edges. Mathilde at Rinkit was very helpful and sent replacements out the same day, but some of those replacements also arrived damaged. Mathilde once again sent out some more replacements...that also arrived damaged. At this point I was offered a partial refund, which is acceptable but does leave me disappointingly short of the full set I originally ordered. So, overall, it's clear that Rinkit do care about providing good service, especially if things go wrong. But some improved quality control on shipped goods might be in order, where possible.

Ben was an absolute legend x I had a problem when two of my glasses turned up broken x he was so thoughtful and kind x I think if he is anything to go by the company is brilliant x keep it up rinkit x I will be using you again x

Outstanding customer service and great garden chairs - minor issue resolved immediately!

Highly recommend ordering direct from this company. Great items and outstanding customer service! I ordered 4 garden chairs that were delivered by DPD following day. They were flat packed, we checked contents same day, all seemed ok. When we made chairs up a few days later, one had moulding issue, meaning it was wonky (couldn't be adjusted). I emailed Rinkit that evening, and early next morning had a response apologising. Once provided photo, I received immediate reply advising a replacement had been sent out by DPD and would be with me within 2-3 days. It arrived even quicker. No need to take apart faulty chair and go through a lengthy return process/wait for collection return. The customer service was outstanding, the chairs are excellent and I would highly recommend. Would order direct from Rinkit in future! Impressive all round experience, from service to updates to price and quality of goods.

Excellent customer service

We ordered a garden setting through secondary seller and when arrived the table was slightly damaged so with no response from secondary seller I emailed Rinkit as the seller and received an immediate response with a replacement table being sent out immediately with apology. Excellent customer service. Would look to purchase again but directly from Rinkit next time. The garden furniture is really nice and chairs sturdy

Had exactly what I had been looking for at a great price. Unfortunately when it arrived, despite being well packaged, there was damage. I dropped them an email and they immediately offered to replace. Great customer service

Super fast delivery as promised

Super fast delivery as promised. After I received my order, I unfortunately encountered a problem. I wrote to customer services stating what had happened and I was met with a prompt response from Mathilde offering a resolution. I really appreciate the customer service, the efficient delivery and the quality of goods. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using rinkit for a while now…

I’ve been using rinkit for a while now but today my delivery turned up in a smashed up box and goods damaged but this was caused in transit it was out of their hands but I spoke to Lauren she was brilliant and resent damaged Items and a nice apology that’s what I call great customer service and you still have my custom . Colin
