I placed my first order with Rinkit yesterday (Sunday), the goods arrived today (Monday). Outstanding delivery time! I ordered glasses and two of them were broken. I emailed them, they replied straight away and are replacing the damaged goods and no need to send the damaged goods back. Their customer service was outstanding. I would recommend Rinkit. Edit: the replacement package arrived Today (Tuesday). Cannot fault the service.

Can’t fault them having just received our first order. Ordered (I think) on the weekend - delivery was made on the Monday. Good quality, fair price, no messing about. Will use again when we next need glasses.

Order from them directly and through Amazon and both times the experience was amazing. A few items came broken but these things happen and they were able to arrange replacements to shipped to me quite quickly (received them the next day). Byt other than that, they have a nice selection of household items and they seem really good quality too.

Well.. this might be my new favorite company! I was looking for storage jars for my new kitchen , wanted something simple yet not just like any other storage. I found those glass jars with leather handle and they are about perfect and in every imaginable size. And really attractively priced! I ordered the whole box of them and unfortunately one arrived damaged. It took Mathilde 5 mins to respond to my email, immediately offered a replacement and minutes later I had a tracking number. I couldn’t have asked for any better product and better customer service! In fact I am going to go and browse now to see what else I can buy!!!

Really good quality. Had an issue with the delivery but they responded within a few minutes and got my problem resolved almost instantly. Would recommend and definitely use again!
