Have used Leader Floors in the past without incident but this time was irritating. We accepted quite a long lead time for delivery, which was still paid for. On the day, their delivery partner sent several conflicting messages, then tried to deliver the wrong thing. I contacted Leader Floors who promised this would be resolved ASAP. Nothing happened for days. I had to chase it again. The promised email did not arrive. The flooring has now been delivered after three and a half weeks. The actual product seems okay, but the whole process was a hassle.

Great prices with a large amount of choice. All products as described. Would use again without hesitation Delivery was excellent, updated throughout and could track order. Arrived earlier than predicated. Wonderful driver polite and thoughtful helping load the flooring into the house. Thank you very much Would thoughtfully recommend.

Ordered 12m by 4m so they sent me 15 packs of flooring which left me with 6 packs extra that i had opened thinking nothing of it one pack is 2.26m .they charged me 35£ for a delivery that was free .they dont do stairs
