The flooring did not arrive yet!!! (2weeks and counting) Clive Webster (since writing this I have managed to contact the delivery firm, and although they put it out to another delivery firm, they have promised me to sort out the delivery) All's well that ends well. I just got the delivery, the guys that delivered was very helpful and explained why it was later than what I was told. And was sorry about the delay so I've upgraded my 1star to a 5star review Thanks Leader Floors for putting things right and I will be it touch again for more flooring. CLIVE WEBSTER

Big shout out to Raheem! Call answered quickly, no wait time. Professional and friendly manner. I needed to stop my original order and replace with a new one due to selecting the wrong product online. All changed over very easily and paying the difference was even easier. Raheem even took the time to ensure I hadn’t ordered too much or too little flooring. Great member of staff you have there. Many thanks Raheem!

I order LVT on Jan 12, 2025. Alesser item (4.5mm) is 65 GBP a box in B&Q, I paid 28GBP a box (5mm) on Leader Floor; less than half the price but better in quality. The delivery process was impressive even better than amazon. I was able to track & see my order live. The item I received was exactly the same I had ordered. No damage or missing. The person whom I had paid to install did not even believe the price when he saw the quality of LVT. The delivery driver named Tanase was extremely helpful. I trust these people... Great chat service on the website. Easy to find exactly what I wanted for a great price. The flooring is now laid in my garage conversion and the builder says it's the best flooring he's ever worked with. The colour is stunning. The whole floor looks absolutely amazing! To say I'm totally satisfied is an understatement. I shan't look anywhere else in future. Leader Floors is my number one!
