Ordered free samples with a significant delivery cost 3rd of Jan and they were never delivered

The samples came very quickly, as did the floor I finally chose. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. I was kept up to date with the delivery time.

Great experience with Leader Floors. Product delivered as ordered, fantastic communication via email, text, and phone call. Delivery man called me 30 minutes before delivery, even though I had confirmation email, several texts, and live tracking. Helped my husband bring it into the house. Website is worth mentioning, very clear and easy to use, nice offers. Highly recommend this company.
