Ordered some flooring & received the confirmation email only to call up on the day of delivery to be told they didn't have any stock. No emails, phone calls, absolutely nothing - what a complete joke of a company! I still haven't received my refund either! AVOID!

I rang Leader Floors to ask some questions about their oak solid wood flooring. The sales team were really knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to complete my order over the phone and arrange kerbside delivery for 2 days later.

Speedy delivery and the flooring is absolutely beautiful.

One pack of laminate floor, which wasn’t part of an order of 21 packs was found to be damaged upon opening! Got in touch with customer services, who sent out a replacement pack, but was sent the wrong type! Contacted them again and was refunded for the damaged pack, and was sent the correct type without delay! Would certainly use Leader Floors again in future as the after sales care is excellent!
