Bought a 200.00 gift card yesterday it shows it was taken from my card, still haven't received my gift card. Starting to wonder if this is a scam considering it shouldnt take this long to process a transaction. Made me miss the sale that was on which was the whole reason I wanted the egiftcard.

I am soooo frustrated with this company!! I needed to buy 30 Prepaid Mastercard gift cards, and had called in advance to make sure it would be okay if I placed this order in 3 different transactions (because of limit of 10 per order). The first 2 orders got approved and processed, but the third one has gotten rejected 4 times!! I've tried different credit cards and still keeps getting rejected. I contacted customer service, and she was USELESS, did nothing at all!! I just don't understand your process of reviews and approvals!! UGHHH I literally needed to get them out this week, as they were urgent, but dealing with such awful customer service is such a waster of time!!
Did not receive on delivery date
I ordered a $50 Google Play Giftcard on the 5th of April, and the receipt stated I would receive the gift card on the same day. However, I have yet to receive it, even after emailing customer service. I've seen that they have often replied to people's reviews on here, so this is where I am turning to now. The gift card was supposed to be for a friend's birthday, and I had to show up empty-handed, quite disappointed. Update 06/04/2020: I have now received the gift card, and my friend is happy. I appreciate their willingness to respond to inquiries here.

Edit: I got the gift card. The company apologized for the delay. I ordered a Tim Hortons gift card for my husband on Christmas Eve to be delivered Christmas Day - no email confirmation or receipt. He has checked daily - including spam, still not receiving it to this date. I emailed last week to ask about it and still I have received no response. Oh but the money came off my credit card promptly. Please provide my husband with the gift card or refund me please.

Update: They gift card has now been received, plus an additional $25 card because of the error in delivery. --- I ordered my father in law a gift card for Christmas on December 20th, to be delivered to his email on Christmas Day. I have attempted to contact the company twice now with no response! Very unprofessional. So disappointed and frustrated that a company would take my money and not deliver what was paid for.

**UPDATE After my review I heard back from the company and things have now been resolved. Appreciated the quick response. Feel much better about the company now. Very disappointing experience. Ordered an e-gift card on Christmas Day and it still has yet to be delivered. Recipient has checked their junk mail and filters and no sign of gift card. After my order, I didn't receive a confirmation email, after sending an email to the company two days ago, there has yet to be a reply; however the charge to my credit card was processed very quickly. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchasing.

**Edit to my review. My mom finally received her gift card and everything is more than satisfactory I appreciate that they took the time to go above and acknowledge they were in the wrong. I just wish the customer Service was better as no one communicated to me what was going on not have I ever received a confirmation email. Ordered a gift card for my mom for Christmas she has yet to receive it. She has checked her junk mail I have checked my junk mail and I have never even gotten an order confirmation email. They were quick to withdraw the money though. I emailed them for help never got a response so finally yesterday I called and the guy I spoke to said it was delivered to my moms email...no it wasn’t...so I asked to have it just resent to my email and I would forward to her. Sure no problem he says 2-4 hours you’ll have that. This was yesterday and today still NOTHING. Merry Christmas mom.....
