DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

My Husband bought me a gift card for Sephora on Nov 22 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered to my email for Christmas 12/25/2019 @ 00:00 and I never received it.. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. just go to the store and buy it. WHERE IS MY GIFT CARD? Order Number: #3552210 I called on Dec 26 2019 @ 8:15am 1st call - I explained why I was calling and I was hung up on 2nd call - I explained again why I was calling and that I was just hung up on then he kept repeating if I don't get a response I will end this phone call and he then hung up 3rd call - finally someone who will actually talk! I explained what happend and he said he will send the gift and that it can take mins to 4 hours to receive the new email.. ITS BEEN 4 HOURS STILL NO GIFT. Guess I have to call back again! Called back again Dec 26th @ 12:20 I was told that they will just send it again and he said he is sending it a couple times.....SCAM..... I asked if I don't get it this time what do I do next he said well call after 4 hours and we can discuss that... UGH!!!!!!! Still no gift card! Now they are saying I will get a refund. I will update to see if that actually happens or not! Update 01/06/2020, Finally received my gift card and they actually gave me an extra $25 gift card for my troubles. revised to a 3 star for sending compensation.

Very Unfortunate Experience; Company Made Amends

I wish I had just came here before ordering, unfortunately I did not, no confirmation email, no order processed and of course no gift card although I was a assured by a Sales Rep by the name of Rodrigo that it would be sent in time however of course there was no email in my recipient's email. After calling multiple times they have assured be my case would be sent for refund review, which can take up to an additional 10 business days for me to receive the money back, extremely frustrating ordeal especially to deal with on Christmas morning, would definitely not use this site. Update: Company did finally send the recipient a $100 Gift Card and included a bonus $25 gift card for the delay, appreciate it.

I purchased a $25 toysrus gift card. I’ve completed the contact us form and when I call the line becomes disconnected. The card was purchased on the December 6th and my card was charged by Blackhawk holdings I believe.

Lack of customer service

I've ordered dinig gift cards and my recipient did not receive theirs. I've been trying to call and can't get through and my e-mails are not going through either. I'm hoping I can actually get through to someone as soon as possible as this is a Christmas gift. Why is there no customer support available!

Honestly, there are a lot of negative reviews here which did scare me a little bit but I still went ahead and ordered a Sephora $25 gift card from this website.. it was delivered within a couple minutes of me placing the order. Although I can understand why people can miss this as the email sent by them automatically went to my spam email (both the confirmation and the actual giftcard). Besides that, the service was flawless.

I wish I had checked here before buying :( :( I have tried emailing and calling 2 different numbers for service but am disconnected at exactly 2 minutes each time. I ordered a gift card which my recipient is not receiving ... I have gone into my profile and clicked the re-send option multiple times but nothing is arriving in their inbox or spam. I didn't understand why my Visa was not working and so used spouse's Mastercard ... my guess is Visa has had many disputed transactions for this site and is now blocking payment. I will arrange to have the transaction cancelled and order from the store's actual website. Very frustrating process for a gift card :( :( :(

Do Not Use This Service

On October 27 I ordered a $50 Toys R Us gift card to be sent to my brother’s email in November to celebrate my five year old nephew’s birthday while I was travelling out of the country. My Visa WAS charged (not a pre-authorization, etc. as the vendor has been responding to other reviews). The gift card has still not been received as of today (and yes we checked our spam accounts - we know how to use computers, thank you) - so my nephew never got his birthday present. I completed the customer service form on the website but have had no response, so today I called the customer service line. You hear 1 female voice recording say to stay on the line while they connect you. Then a second female voice recording says you are being transferred and that the call may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes (ha). After that, here’s what happened: Call 1: listened to hold music for around a minute, then the call disconnected. Call 2: disconnected me as soon as the second female voice had finished. Call 3: got a hold of someone (Alex) and told them I’d been disconnected several times - he apologized and said he would “talk to his IT department so it wouldn’t happen again.” Asked for my name, email, and the last 4 digits of my credit card. Also confirmed my phone number. Asked me the amount of the gift card. Then hung up. Didn’t call me back despite having my phone number. Call 4: got ahold of the same person, Alex, who asked how he could assist me. When I said I was calling back because I was disconnected, he immediately hung up on me. I was prepared to chalk it up to technical difficulties until call #4 where he immediately hung up on me when I said I was calling back, having been disconnected previously. Something is super shady here - I was calm and polite in every call. I’ll be opening a dispute with Visa regarding the charges (which WERE charges, not a hold or pre-authorization) and will be reporting this business to Consumer Protection BC. I may also give a call to the corporate registries for Blackhawk Network (Canada) Inc. and Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc. Edit: the reply from the vendor below is disingenuous - neither I or my brother received anything on November 1st, as they stated. As I mentioned, we both know how to use computers and how to check junk and spam folders. However, I did receive a confirmation today (which was a receipt that specified that it was both a $50 and a $200 gift card even though I only paid $50?!). This review stays up until my nephew receives his card and, more importantly, is able to cash it. I love also how the vendor blames my using the guest checkout as the problem. If guests can’t complete purchases, don’t offer it as an option. Don’t grasp so hard at trying to blame your customers for your mistakes.

Check your spam folder if you are the recipient.

Updated review, they sent the email to my recipient, which was sitting in their spam folder (not the company's fault) Id give five stars for the quick checkout but the customer service wasn't happening. Even emailing them through the website it gave me an error that couldn't be completed at that time. So it is a legit company yes, but make sure to create an account and not check out as a guest so you are able to see that it was sent etc.

If I could give this site a zero i would! Thanks for all the previous reviews and save me the hassle! Tried to send a gift card - yet the stupid form kept denying my message - indicating that I could only use English symbols..... which I was!!
