DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I placed an order on December 25th, 2019. My payment was processed on my credit card that day. No confirmation email was sent, no gift card was received. Phone calls to the company for resolution did not resolve the issue. They said they have resent twice to both email addresses. Nothing received. I have requested a refund which in all likelihood will result in the same issue - nothing received. Scammers.

I ordered a gift card for Sephora - it was never delivered. Order #4321510- it was supposed to be delivered on December 26. No luck with customer service. Suggest alerting your credit card of fraudulent activity. Update: unfortunately it still has not been received. Junk folders or otherwise. Please refund - thank you ANOTHER UPDATE & RATING CHANGE: Today my gift card recipient got an email from Giftcards.ca - not only did she receive the $50 gift card I originally purchased for her, as a goodwill gesture for the delay, they also gave her an additional $25 gift card. I’m very happy with this resolution - thank you for making this right.

Ordered a gift card for Christmas Day…

Ordered a gift card for Christmas Day and the recipient never received it. It's now been 4 days and still nothing - not even in their junk box. I've emailed giftcards.ca directly but no response.

They corrected the issue

UPDATE - giftcards.ca was willing to work with me on the issue and resolved it. They even gave me a $25 gift card to compensate for the previous issue I had. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER!

Sent an order from gift cards .ca

Sent an order for Christmas Day to my boyfriend who lives far away It was supposed to be a meaningful gift card to Hudson’s bay company for 250!!!!!!!!!! I wanted the card to get to this person for midnight on Christmas , and it never did . I called this morning and the person who helped me said he resent the gift card ! I am telling everyone I know about this experience . I am working part time only and this how you treat people at Christmas ??????? I can’t afford another gift for this person I wish I never used this website ! He never ever got his gift card and it’s the only thing that mattered to me this Christmas !!!!!!! I L beyond upset

Ordered a gift card as a Christmas gift…

Ordered a gift card as a Christmas gift and it wasn't received. Called to complain and was told it would be resent and would arrive in four hours. It didn't. Called again and they've opened an inquiry which will take five days to resolve. This has to be a scam and I'll be taking it up with Visa.

As all reviews said. It’s a total scam. At least mine was only $25. I’ll dispute with MasterCard. Update: my order number is 4318012. I have tried to contact you but you hanged up, five times. Update 2: they have apologized, emailed me an additional gift card on January 2, 2020, and refunded me.

I placed an order yesterday evening and…

I placed an order yesterday evening and have received no confirmation e-mail. My credit card has been charged and I have received no communications from the company since the order was placed. As far as I know the 25$ Toys R Us gift card has not been sent either. Order# 4312859 Update (12/27/19): Concerning the reply from GiftCards.ca below, they have agreed to provide a refund. However, they stated that there will be a 3 to 5 day delay for "resolution" as well as 5 to 7 day delay for the refund. So far I have not yet received the refund. Update (12/31/19) : I received the refund today. There is a purchase reversal transaction posted to my account sooner than expected. I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars even though I might be a little disappointed that they were unable to fulfill my order. They appear to have tried their best and they made things right in the end by granting me a refund just as they said they would. I don't see any reason to accuse them of fraud or running a scam as several people have done here. Seems to be a legitimate and honest company to me and I had a good experience with their customer service.
