We wanted to thank committee members for their work and asked them to select a gift card of their choice from giftcard.ca. I have spent two weeks between giftcard.ca and my bank trying to figure out why my credit card won't work on their site. I am giving up and will have to find another way to buy gift cards. Very frustrating!!!!

2 cancelled transactions and 3rd one successful and 4th purchase cancelled again all in the same day. I’m done with this site, can’t waste anymore time. Flagged it as my billing info didn’t match my credit card? If so why did they put through the 3rd transaction? Terrible site - don’t waste your time.

Worst experience ever. You cannot buy gift cards there probably once in your life time because after the first purchased which was finally successful after numerous of tries. Ever since that one purchased went through. All of a sudden your exact same billing information is not correct. Yup! Completely your problem cause the exact same billing information you provided suddenly just not correct.

received as a gift a virtual joker card from gift cards.ca, used once, then it was locked up. Called for help, they referred to the joker MasterCard help line, which is only a info line, went back to gift card.ca help, said they only sell it, can't support it!!!

Excellent experience!! I ordered several gift cards for birthday presents but I made a mistake when ordering. Spoke to Mario in CS, the following day full refund so I then ordered the correct ones and received them immediately. No problem with this Company

I lead our divisional social committee for an agency within the Government of Canada. We needed door prizes for our Virtual Holiday Social (Christmas Party). I came across this site (gift cards at GiftCards.ca obviously) but became skeptical due to the poor reviews. I called the company myself and received an answer within 2 rings. (Okay, this place is legit and the response time so appropriate.) The CSR was located in Central America (sorry..forgot which country). After 5 minutes of probing and asking about their poor reviews, I felt confident in spending the committees funds. Apparently, orders can be delayed around Xmas time. I made my orders on Jan 5th, 2021 and the recipients received them 10-15 minutes later. I gave them a rating of 5 stars because the service provided met expectations and there rating should be much higher than 2.2 stars. Plus, people don't leave reviews unless it's a complaint (or fake). This is a real response from a real customer with no affiliation to the company.

I purchased one card and it was emailed to the recipient within an hour. It was used and worked fine.

Ive tried more than 10 times to purchase a mastercard; making sure that my billing information was completely correct, yet every single time I was told that my order couldnt be processed and that I needed to try again and correct my billing address or use a different card. Fine, I try my two other cards, and again, neither of them work. I'm 100% certain that there are no mistakes, so whats the problem?? I tried contacting customer support but the girl on the other end just told me to double check my billing address. I'm not happy with the lack of customer support and quite frankly I dont appreciate my time being wasted. Don't use this website, its a complete sham. Edit: Their replies are the same as other ones; copy and pasted with no actual help whatsoever :/

Purchased 22 Mastercard gift cards on Dec 23rd (in batches of 10 cards or less), and was very pleased with the experience! The transactions worked perfectly, and all of the cards were successfully delivered within a couple of hours. I was hesitant at first as I had never used the website before, but very pleased with ease of purchase and delivery. So glad to find a digital gift card option that gives the recipients so much purchase flexibility.
