After 2 days of ordering i emailed to find out about my order got no response so after another 2 days emailed again and was told the flights in my order was out of stock and gave me a few options. I responded with my option after another day of no dispatch notification i emailed again to get no response so i rang them they then told me the darts i ordered where out of stock i ended up just asking for a refund but yet the items are still available on their site so why they are advertising items that are out of stock I would have had more understating if they'd reached out to me to let me know the items wasn't in stock very poor communications Think i will stick with other suppliers

I got in contact about some faulty points that came on my darts as they broke within moments of throwing them for the first time for a set of darts valued at £150 you don't expect that and there response was slow taking 24-48hours to respond and after all of it they want me to send the whole dart set back because of faulty points bare in mind they are sold out everywhere so I would not be able to get them back

These are great darts, great balance and weight. Wonderful gold and blue coloured darts and flights fantastic price. Used now for a month my average is climbing slowly and accuracy is becoming more consistent. Great darts and service.

Ordered some custom flights, been over a month and still not even been dispatched, so I asked for a refund and they said would I like a refund or would I like the flights to be shipped, I just asked for a refund anyways a week later still no refund! They can take your money straight away but you have to wait over a week to get it back! Anyways I rung up just to make sure the refund is going to through never have I spoken to someone so rude over the phone just point blank ignorant, customer service when selling or refunding should be treated the same!!! Never attempting to purchase from them again!

Red dragon is definitely the place to shop as it has very high quality boards and darts that I’ve used from here and the price range is also good for many customers

Perfect products can't complain there. I ordered products ( not personalised ) and paid for the Royal mail 24hrs delivery which is a 7 day delivery so reddragon says (didn't want to refund) so please do not expect any delivery and please don't waste money as the same darts (exactly the same) at 25% cheaper on Amazon with get this next day delivery which is actually the next day 😀
