Class darts

Ordered some moulded flights from here and they broke within days (meaning a few hours use) and kept flying out of the dart anyway, breaking the plastic meaning they can't go in the dart. I have attempted to contact red dragon multiple times and ways about this issue and have received absolutely no response, the service is terrible and unless that changes my review will not go up because it was a complete waste of money that I won't be given any compensation for.

Customer service is 0/10 stars.. I’ve messaged on WhatsApp/email/facebook/damage form. Still no response since asking for evidence. It’s honestly pathetic how bad this company is being. Getting to the point where il be contacting the ombudsman for the sale of damaged items.

There were great value for money. They made me get a great darts set up for a good budget.

Initially sent winmau fusion flights in wrong colour, very prompt reply via email and after I sent a photo of the incorrect item, they shipped the correct order free of charge and was delivered straight away. Very good customer service will be using them to buy more in the future.

Bought a Winmau Blad dart board, on opening it’s slightly damaged and looks like someone has hit a few darts into it Sent an email - which was ignored then called their office number and it took around 5 different attempts before they picked up. Woman asked me to send a WhatsApp with order number and pictures but gave me 2 numbers as wasn’t sure if the correct one ?? WhatsApp sent straight away but then I had to call around 3.5 hrs later to chase as WhatsApp message had not been read. Then was told someone would get back to me. After complaining on the phone I got a WhatsApp msg from them advising quality control had checked and advised me no 2 dart boards are the same and that it won’t impact performance. The previous board bought (which wasn’t a cheaper one did not arrive damaged). To say I’m disappointed and upset is an understatement. My advice is by your new dart board elsewhere as the quality is poor and customer service even worse
