Just back from 5 day break in Scotland. Our driver Nathan was lovely, friendly & caring for his passengers. The Britannia hotel Aberdeen was relaxing & staff looked after us well. Plan to return soon.

National Holidays provides an enjoyable experience with helpful staff, but some aspects need improvement. The long travel times, outdated hotels, and cramped dining arrangements detract from the overall experience. While the destinations are lovely and booking is straightforward, better planning of itineraries and hotel upgrades would make the trips more comfortable.

Lizzy who dealt with my booking went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a trip to the Harrogate Flower Show along with two of my friends. She was very helpful pleasant and did a first class job.

The coach was very comfortable, nice and warm inside. The driving was excellent along the road. We had good enough stopping to stretch our legs,and catch up with meals along the way. Our driver was ever so kind all the way through, always smiling and ready to help us all. I think I like National Holidays.
