Again usimg feeder coaches.total disrespect for the elderley who have to lug thrtr cases and walkers from one coach to another

I rang national holiday to book a holiday . The lady was very helpful we asked for certain requirements upgrading our room room near a lift she was very helpful and requested these details for us

There were no single rooms left but the member of staff phoned the hotel and sorted a single room so l could go on the trip

It was easy to book. The only reason it's not 5* was because they couldn't tell us what time pick up would be roughly which I found strange. I explained we both live in different areas and we needed to make arrangements to get to the pick up point. Because it's a mystery tour they had no idea. Which again I found strange. Surely they know roughly based on previous tours. I didn't want an exact time but a roundabout idea. So I had to book it based on a hope we can both get there in time. Whatever time that may be. Based in what the agent said it could be any time from 1am to 12pm

We never expected to take 11 hours to get to London. I know you can't help traffic but we didn't have time to eat before the show started. We didn't think half the bus would be going to shows that were an hour away from Royal Albert Hall. Driver was excellent pointing lots of different things.
