Customer service is excellent, I was booking for a small group of friends and initially not all rooms required were available, but Alan requested the rooms we needed and phoned back the next day to say they were available and promptly took my booking. A pick up in Widnes was advertised as available but what it didn’t state was that there was a £15 supplement which I thought was very misleading and I think National should make it obvious when advertising.

Booked a holiday heard notthing then getting a message you cancelled and could I choose a other date for holiday fingers crossed it will go ahead on the changed date

Brilliant on the Saturday but he was chasing the amber lights in Sunday, with a near miss because he not only gave people the time we had to be back on the coach for but also the time he was expecting to leave - 15 mins later and some took advantage of that and we left everywhere late. As I walk with stick's 2 visits on the Sunday was a bit much, 1 each day would be great. Of you have a trip to Warwick please let me know

National Holidays provide good trips at very reasonable prices and are well organised.

Fabulous trip to Bournemouth. The whole experience was a delight. From the start of the journey to the end we thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver, Lawrence was exceptionally fantastic. His knowledge of all the places we visited was brilliant and he is a credit to the company. The coach was comfy. The Hotel, Carrington House was really welcoming and the food was excellent. We definitely recommend this holiday!
