Lovely experience throughout

Prompt pick up, Richard, the driver was friendly. The hotel was well maintained , the room clean and nicely decorated and the breakfasts and evening meals were lovely, tasty and with a good variety of choice.

Turkeygate and other rubbish service.

Firstly, I love the fact that you have asked the question "What went wrong This time", Firstly what kind of holiday company uses a hotel with less than minimum staff for a festive holiday? Secondly, What kind of a hotel thinks it's acceptable to run out of turkey on christmas day lunch and think they can get away with offering fish and chips instead because "we didn't have enough for 2 coach loads and others as well"?

No refund after cancelled theatre show

The actual logistics of my recent theatre trip to London worked well. Unfortunately, the theatre production was cancelled at short notice. This is when the problems began. National Holidays confirmed by email that they had received a refund from the theatre within one month. They have not refunded me nearly three months later. In response to multiple calls and emails I have had excuses, inaction and very poor service. To add insult to injury, I was offered a credit note against a future booking. I will not be booking with them again.

Why can't you book what you want online anymore

Would prefer to book online but the website was not showing the usual choice of options. Advisor i spoke to was helpful but was unable to add insurance or seat reservation at this moment in time. If choices had been available my experience would certainly have been better.
