I did not expect to book a Christmas Market trip in Leeds the first day and York the second and be put up in a hotel in Bingley. The drive to York the next day was longer than from my own home. The hotel was 40 minutes in the wrong direction.

Booking ref C107687 Recently a party of us went to the Turkey and Tinsel on the Isle of Wight. Our hotel was changed before we went to The medehamstede hotel. Old and dated, no lift but room was clean and comfortable. Food and service were good and staff were friendly. One of the entertainers Glen, drank about 5 pints during his performance. Not great. Unfortunately on our journey home our coach was impounded by vosa transport agency at Fleet services. Apparently concerns with the drivers time logs!! caused us extra long waiting times of an additional 3 hrs then having to wait even longer for further transport to return us all home. This meant an 11hr day travelling for me. Having written our concerns to national Holidays and received a generic reply. Indicating we would be contacted within 3 days. It's been a month and not a single reply to myself or my friends. Very Poor customer care. Or are they too big to care about complaints. BOOKING REF C107687

What a great couple of trips to Cornwall / Scarborough, I have had this year with you. Hotels , travel, food ,staff, no complaints at all from me. Such great value for money. Cant wait to see what I fancy for 2025 .

We were disappointed that because of ground conditions, our coach was unable to get off the coach park one day so a 1/2-day trip was cancelled. The queue at the bar EVERY evening was excessively long. More staff and a larger bar would help. The staircase lift down to restaurant was unsuitable for older users and the lift was too small.

Booked holiday in August for December, and given local pickup point, two weeks before holiday they sent an email to tell us due to lack of numbers we would have to go to another town for pick up, this will cost us £46 in taxi fares ,phoned the company several times and asked if there was a chance of any compensation only to be told NO and quoted terms and conditions, we'll never use this company again ( RUBBISH) L. Booking was easy to do. Coach turned up on time and Nigel our driver was great. He went the extra mile to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The hotel was basic but clean. Food was good and the entertainment each evening. Good value holiday for the money we paid.

Lovely time at chatsworth and market .however .the driver was lovely and helped everyone .despite not being his trip and horrendous journeys both there and back .no fault of his . The hotel decor wS lovely. Meals lovely but the service was questionable waiting to long for meals .no-one seemed to now what they were doing. Would I go with national again sorry but prob not

Coach journey was 7 hours from leaving Hull at 8.40 to arriving Great Yarmouth 4 pm. Hotel was run down overnight rain left the staircase absolutely soaking. Bathroom was freezing no heating in there at all single glazed sash windows. Hairdryer didn’t work, The room looks as though it’s been thrown together, smelt damp as you walk in. Food was ok but very little choice. Only melon for fruit, sausages were really cheap pap! Dinner was tasteless , lack of choice. At least the show was good but why book a hotel all that way from the main event, nearly 2hours there and 2 hours back. Trip to Norwich was good because the sun came out, but back on the bus by 3, I could have done with another 2 hours. Bingo for £3 each of the 3 nights , 1 man with guitar on last night. Poor. Staff were ok but had very little interest in the clients, who were mainly in their 70s and 80s, 1 young girl on the bar, just lolled about, she looked to be on drugs. I booked seats 11 and 12 last April. We got 41 and 42 at the back so had to wait for everyone to climb off. Drivers were good, polite and humorous. Apologised for the seats, others were not happy either. This cost over £300 each I expected a lot better. Shall not book again I would sooner drive myself and book a decent hotel

Super fun getaway, went with my friend and we had such a good time. Would definitely book another trip the only thing I would really change was the length that we got in destinations as it felt like we didn't get as long on the 2nd day but honest was still really fun and we understood why we couldn't stay as long. Great for an unstressful and cheap getaway!
