We all really enjoyed the trip. The best thing was our wonderful driver. He was so amazing. Friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and just a lovely man.

We were picked up at 9am but d8dnt get to Bath until 2pm, so most of tge day was done and we had to buy dinner there, which in the past when we have travelled with National this has been provided back at the hotel. Hotel was lovely, breakfast was good.Room was warm and all amenities were provided.

Driver was so nice and we loved Edinburgh and Glasgow

The journey longer than I thought would be but the driver very friendly and informative

Excellent service for our weekend away

Very disappointed that we went a long way to have very little time in the non existent Christmas markets which is what the trip was called. Edinburgh market was all rides and food stalls and Glasgow market didn’t open until 12 noon and we were getting picked up at 12:30 to set off home, so a long way for all those rides and food stalls, no Christmas markets.

Change of pickup and drop off, price reduced by £30pp. Driver was lovely.

Previous mystery trip was also to Scarborough. This time our driver wasn't very personable, didn't communicate very well and wasn't particularly helpful. Coach was comfy. Toilet not pleasant. Unsure if there was a microphone, but unable to hear driver when he spoke whilst standing by first few seats.... Hotel was much the same as previous stay. Beds clean, food good. Christmas decor was lovely. Still needs TLC in some areas. Overall, great value for money and time in Christmassy York was fabulous!
