Comfortable coaches. Good value for money. Overnight stay in hotel clean comfortable breakfast was amazing so much choice. Great weekend

Went to Folkestone with this company stayed at the grand Burston hotel travel down was horrendous from Liverpool we went to 4 different pick ups in Manchester then 4 in Birmingham before we went south hotel was awful food was never hot and barely warm service was none existent

We booked a National Holidays trip to see the Belgian Xmas markets in December 2024. Just shortly before departure we were told that the departure time would be 11 pm, implying an overnight coach trip the length of the UK. We are both in our mid 70s and there is no way that we would choose to travel in this way. There was no indication while booking that antisocial hours would be involved. We cancelled, but were unable to obtain any refund. The trip was scheduled to take place on the 13th Dec, but we received this information on the 26th November. In our experience other coach companies give exact details at the time of booking.

It’s great to get on board the coach and relax, hotels are very good value.

Utter disappointment from start to finish. I was expecting, along with many others, to be staying in Liverpool, not in the middle of nowhere in Wigan 😡 Driver didn’t know the area in either Liverpool or Manchester and had to walk miles to find the markets ourselves. Unfortunately I have another trip booked with you between Christmas and New Year and have no idea yet which hotel, which is your biggest downfall as based on recent experience this will be last time i ever book anything with your company.
