The experience of Thursford and related travel arrangements was excellent. However the hotel was very sub standard. Our room had no proper heating with minus temperatures during this holiday. Meal arrangement were very regimented at different times every day without proper notification. Not a hotel I want to stay again.

Lovely welcome as we boarded the coach. Drive there was smooth and relaxing. Hotel was fine, with good breakfast service. Our Harry Potter experience was well organised with plenty of time to enjoy all the the tour before we got back on the coach. Overall, an excellent trip.

The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful explaining my booking for the Call the Midwife Tour. I was struggling to book online,it was so much easier to book with her.

We had a great Holiday, very friendly bus driver Tony. Good timely pick up and drop off. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and food good. Abba voyage was fantastic and Tony did well manovering the bus in some very tight spaces.

The trip exceeded our expectations and ran seamlessly. The driver was efficient, safe and friendly. The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. Clean, and friendly.

Journey to and from was very tedious. I question why a coach full of passengers needed to detour into the centre of Doncaster to pick up one passenger. Could that passenger not have been moved by taxi to meet up with the coach (as other passengers were earlier in the journey) at the Doncaster services where we then had a stop. Added a lot of time to our journey. Aside from this the holiday was very good although we had to complain about our room being very cold on the first night. This was rectified the next day.

We went to Ireland and Isle of Wight this year and really enjoyed both trips, good value for money and both drivers were great, felt safe and well looked after. Looking forward to booking more trips in 2025.
