Overall, the Christmas markets shopping trip was a really good experience and value for money. Bosworth Hall hotel is in a great location and has good facilities, we really enjoyed our stay, although the dining room was extremely busy at times.

A very helpful lady went up and beyond to sort my booking for me. I am 83 and she was very kind and helpful.

Beware changed out pick-up point at the last minute resulting additional taxi expense. Evening meal passable. Coach and driver, excursions good.

Me and my friend had the best time in landudno we stayed in the grand the hotel was beautiful the staff was so friendly and the food was really nice couldn’t fault it

Although the initial booking was ok, when I rang up the day before the trip I was given different information for the show time, which turned out to be wrong. Was informed the show was at 6 pm and would be safe booking to eat somewhere at 8 pm. The show started at 7.45 pm, not 6 pm

An update to my last post. National holidays cancelled my holiday by phone on the 27th November 2024. Booking ref C131824. According to their booking conditions, they will offer me an alternative similar holiday or a full prompt refund. I was offered no alternative so asked for a refund. I paid online by debit card so was expecting the money back quickly straight back into my account. 8 days later I still had no money back so contacted them. They said it takes upto14 days. I give it 14 days and still no money returned. Ii call them and after finally getting through get told they will pass my concern on to the right department and someone will contact me. They did contact me. They told me they are having problems refunding and I wouldn't get it until January. They would send a cheque then. IS THIS A JOKE? A PROMT REFUND! Do not book with this company. They are a joke. I do not want cheque in January want monies returned to my bank by way I paid. Will be contacting my bank and trading standards about this. Disgusting company Out of curiosity I went on their site and tried to book a holiday. Obviously I had no intention of travelling with these but wasn't surprised when there was no problem with their site when it came to taking money, only when it comes to paying back people's own money.

The drivers were very friendly and informative - the driver's unexpected information sharing about landmarks and such like as we drove through London was really welcomed. the coach was comfortable and stops well timed etc. The hotel was brilliant - far better than dreaded (being a low price budget etc.) very clean with lovely staff comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. All deserved 5 stars - the lost star is because the drop off and pick up points were awful particularly if you didn't know London. After feeling we would never find the venue our taxi fares cost about the same as the trip. so comfy shoes and a map would be my suggestion :-) overall though a good time
