Good friendly helpful driver, Lee. Clean coach. Hotel in Bournemouth, Carrington House, was good and definitely no complaints for the price of the holiday.

It’s a lot of travelling with a lot of pick ups before you get to the ferry

Had a great time would go again to a warners but less traveling

There was no lift no ground floor rooms…

There was no lift no ground floor rooms no heating in our room, no not water at all .breakfast was luke warm give n no choice either.got woken up by people shouting in the early hours. Manager was miserable as sin. Will never go back the're again hotel from hell.

Great trip to London

Great trip to London, long journey but our drivers kept us occupied, informed us of stops etc and arrival times.Drop offs & pick ups around London were brilliant.Felt safe with the drivers, very comfortable journey. Highly recommended, will use again.

Too much time on coach

Been with you lots of times and the numerous pick ups\ drop offs have always been a problem, but on 30th Nov we went to London to see a show and spent a total of 8 hours on Sat and 8 hours Sun on the coach. The pick up from the theatre was 11.30 (most shows finish before 10.30) resulting in a queue to check in at the hotel at 12.45am - then returning into London in the morning at 9.45. Already have mystery your booked for Feb, otherwise, we will not be using national holidays again.

Worcester Christmas Market …

We had an enjoyable trip to Worcester Christmas Market on Saturday with a convenient drop off near the market itself. Plenty of time to look around and clear instructions on the pick-up to go to our hotel in the early evening.

I have stayed at Bosworth Hall on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with both the service and the excellent food. However this time I was very disappointed, the food was poor, the chips were cold and undercooked, there was very little choice and what there was, was poor quality. The food wasn’t kept topped up so what was already on your plate was cold by the time more food was brought out. The two for one bar was only staffed by one person who was rushed off her feet and people were queuing for up to half an hour. Bosworth Hall was always advertised as a luxury weekend, the hall itself is lovely but the food and service left much to be desired. I wasn’t surprised when I found out that the hall had been taken over by Britannia, had I known before I had booked, I would have gone elsewhere with another company.
