No organisational skills!

We were picked up at 5.35 am passing Stockton and Middlesbrough, taken to Redcar, back again to Stockton and Middlesbrough to pick up passengers. Then went to Darlington where we sat for an hour waiting for main coach. We could have been picked up at 7.00, people from Redcar given a taxi to Middlesbrough for pick up. Same again 30 minutes into Harrogate, then 35 minutes back, these passengers could have been given a taxi to Wetherby services! Bus was awful. I’ve never travelled on a one so bad for it being new it was horrendous. No foot rest, no netting to put water etc., tray was broke, rattled all way there and back. If you didn’t put belongings in shelf above you, which is not very health @ safety conscious, you had to sit them on your knee. It was like being in a cupboard. Hotel average, found a previous passengers passport in drawer, toys under bed, sanitary products in wardrobe!! Tours and driver good. Returning home, why did we set of at 9.15, 8.15 would have been better. Same again going into Harrogate at 5.00 pm on a Friday ttime which took an hour and 10 minutes! Then into Redcar another 1 hour on journey. We arrived home at 8.25 pm when we could have been back 3 hours earlier. Whoever organises the routes and pick ups needs sacking, in my opinion they haven’t a clue.

Abba Voyage, one not too miss

The journey to London was good and the drivers very pleasant. The hotel room was clean and tidy but the bed was very hard, and i like a firm bed but this was a little too hard, not the best sleep we have had. The show we went to was well worth going to and with the bus taking us there and waiting for us when we came out. Breakfast in the hotel was good and filling. The bus ride into London was lovely, with the driver pointing out all the interesting places and buildings.

Itinerary needs reviewing

Excursions on second day not well planned, an hour in first place, but longer in a village with very little to see. Drop off at market would have been helpful as it was a long walk from the coach park. Bournemouth had a Christmas market but this was not included. Great to have 2 for 1 drinks and staff were lovely.

The amount of pick up stops is getting…

The amount of pick up stops is getting ridiculous. Done lots of these show theatre trip in the past through the years. Done two in the last 2 months. We hated the journey way too long now the Harry Potter trip spent 6. 5 hours getting there and return. Today trip to see Wicked took 7 hours or more on the coach. We got dropped off on the Kingsway for our theatre trip Victoria Apollo. Spent ages trying to get Uber. One never turned up at all the Taxi don't pick up on the Kingsway. Eventually got there Uber cost £17. The taxi back cost £26.65. Why don't they organize better stops for theatres? Hotel was nice breakfast good. Heating in the room didn't work so was cold especially at 1.15 am when we got back. One the Sunday only ended up with 3.5 hours in London. Not actually much better on the Saturday, had a drink and then to theatre. Tickets were right at the back of the theatre that coach company booked. Not brilliant. However, a really lovely lady offered to move us. Been on the coach since 2.30pm and still not back in Doncaster due in about 9.35pm. The coach driver is lovely, not a national coach but subbed out to Ross coaches. It seems that they are very unorganized with stops down to National. We have decided that we won't be traveling with them again. Not a pleasant experience.

Folkestone & Canterbury xmas market

Caoch driver was really good, very knowledgeable and kept us up to date with pick ups, drop offs etc. Room in hotel was big, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower (although a bit dated) we had a sea view, which was lovely. Hotel itself was nice for a 2 star. The entertainment wasn't great, the female singer was good, but the male singer was....let's just say....not great. Folkestone and Canterbury were lovely would recommend

Wish pickup points would stay the same

To be honest I wasn't happy not being picked up in Chester like last year, as I'm travelling on my own and 72 year's old, I'm hoping you may stop at Chester Services or I'll have to get the train to Holyhead. As far as my booking was concerned Claire was so caring and gave my chance to explain problem with meeting friends on the same holiday who I met through National Holidays. Thank you Claire.
