Tony was a Friendley and very helpful driver.

Excellent driver and bus. Hotel was also very good.

4 twin rooms booked only 2 provided. Had to use sofa bed in room. Trip itinerary said Leeds Christmas pop up market. Unfortunately Christmas pop up markets didn't start until the week after.

We would have preferred to have been informed before we booked the trip that we would have to make our own way across London to The Tower of London. We didn't get dropped off at the hotel until 12.30pm which was too late. Lots of people were back on the bus after 10.00pm We loved The Tower of London visit but didn't want to wander around London for so many hours after that was finished. The Hotel was lovely and breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed free time in London on the Sunday.

The time were picked was ridiculously early 7.00am I have done many of these trips this one was causing me anxiety with early pick up and were not the first one! Seriously what on earth. We did not reach our first destination until 12.30 pm! Overall the driver and his were the best we’ve had seriously so welcoming and genuine people. The hotel was ok tbf we met some lovely people and all the staff went above and beyond to ( straighten the Christmas tree invite to the Michael Bublae tribute.. such good fun.. the food in truth was edible ( I have been to worse and also better) but again the staff were fantastic, We did Stratford-Upon-Avon, Coventry (hotel) then Birmingham and start of Christmas market .. just sort the pick up time maybe less pick ups! Value for money though and lovely way to celebrate my friends 50th birthday

Good communication prior to the trip. Pick up was on time and enough stops en route to London. Excellent show. No dropping off in vicinity of the various theatres meant, in some cases a two mile journey to get there. Same for getting back to the coach after the show. On arrival at the hotel reception was totally disorganised and appeared that they didn't expect a coach party to arrive. Room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Been on three of these weekend theatre trips now and this hotel was the worst by far. Plenty of free time on the Sunday and smooth journey back to the North East.

Promp pick up and local ..

Very poor quality compared to previous trips years ago. Hotel was at the side of the motorway. Very low budget and the evening meal was terrible. Excursion was just being dumped for 4 hours in the middle of Birmingham. Disappointing.

Driver late arriving on second pick-up. Confusion over bus trip timings meant we missed the Brighton trip although we were sat in the hotel foyer before the planned departure time, the driver failed to check, leaving 8 passengers behind. He was then recalled back to hotel.
