Excellent communications during repair process

I have used this company for a few years, mainly battery changes and a couple of repairs. The work carried out is always of a high standard and the customer service is excellent. The only issue was timescale, but, I do fully appreciate that it was the unavailability of parts and could not be helped. Don’t worry, if the work does take longer than expected, just email or ring the company. They are very helpful.

Excellent service on both the occasions I have used Luxury Watch repairs. They make is easy to send and receive the watch and they give you a quote and keep you informed at each step. It truly feels like a personal service.

First time I have used luxury watch repair, serviced my Omega Seamaster....the turn around time did put me off at first as it was estimated to take 12/15 weeks. Was about 10 weeks in the end from date of payment. Have done an excellent job repairing my watch so would defiantly use them again.
