Lost missing watch

Between them and the post office lost my watch and 9 months later I am no nearer getting it sorted despite numerous phone calls. I have spoken to them regularly and despite regular promises of a call back it never happens they are the worst company I have ever dealt with avoid like the plague

Customer service has to improve.

Ref - 103387/56740 I’m updating the review I left a couple of weeks ago. I’ve now got my TAG Heuer Carerra back. Fully repaired and serviced. It has taken nearly eight months, but I have it back. This company really needs to work on its customer service. Especially, keeping the customer updated if, like in my case there’s a delay with parts. I get that things happen but to be left completely in the dark and feeling ignored is pretty poor. Anyway, I’ve got my watch back.

Service and repair to gents Omega watch

I was very impressed with the service on my watch. Although the watch is quite a few years old it is very important to me. The watch was serviced and I was kept in touch with its progress including the date it was returned. If I didn’t know the watch looks like new and also keeping perfect time. I would certainly recommend Luxury Watch Repairs for service and quality of work.

No updates unless pushed

Have used LWR several times in the last. Sent my watch in early November and have just got it back nearly the end of Feb. Only got updates after several emails and basically just a shrug of shoulders. If I had have known it would have taken so long I would have used someone else. I wanted my watch for Christmas but more importantly for my 50th birthday. Not a single word of apology or goodwill gesture for over £400 of work. Customer service is cut and paste kinda call centre kind of approach.

Once the job had been booked on line we quickly received the prepaid packaging to enable us to dispatch the watch for repair. We quickly received the quote for repair and once the spare parts were available the repairs were quickly completed and the watch returned to us.

I've been using Luxury watch repairs…

I've been using Luxury watch repairs for about 10 years now. They're an extremely professional company that offer an outstanding service. I wouldn't trust any other company with my watch. From the initial enquiry on their website, they send you the secure packaging out for you to send the watch to them, they send you confirmation thats its been received with a photo. Excellent communication throughout which is so important. If you care about your watch and it needs a service/ repair or even a battery replacement, send it to them. A first class service.

Great Company

Very pleased with my watch on return - (service / new glass) scratches polished, new glass as chipped & keeping good. Communication has been excellent but sometimes a little inaccurate regarding timings of return giving false hope 🤣 . My only slight criticism was that my watch has been away for 6 mths. Although I think the website talks about 4/5 months I didn’t think it would take this long which is on me not LWR. However I would definitely recommend these guys. Professional & friendly but just expect to be without your watch for 6 months & be patient,
