I was very impressed with the customer service and commitment to quality

I was very impressed with the total quality approach they applied to the task. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my repair and contact was both easy and informative. The watch was returned fully protected in a brand pouch with priority tracked delivery. My overall impression is one of complete satisfaction, as they are a great company to entrust your watch repair/ servicing too.

Very quick battery replacement

I dropped in during break from work, and they replaced the battery and pressured tested within 20 minutes. Expert service!! Very grateful.

Have I been scammed?

Watch was sent to this company in July. Service Quote finally received and immediately paid in September 2024. It's now well beyond the 20 weeks mark and no one responds to emails or picks up calls. Starting to wonder if I've been scammed for £963 service cost. My watch was finally returned on 22 March but is now gaining 6 or so minutes per day. I have now emailed Luxury Watch Repair as the return documentation seemed to suggest that time keeping had been tested before dispatch but this just cannot be true.

Truly Awful Service

Submitted my watch for repair in April 2024 and I am still waiting for it to be returned. The repair cost nearly £500 so I truly expected better after paying out this amount. Steer well clear of these cowboys

Contact at last!

After a month of no communication I heard from a team member yesterday who reassured me my watch is being repaired and is now personally overseeing the repair to ensure I get my watch back in a timely manner. I respect a company that can reach out and make good when things haven’t gone to plan. I’m hopeful we now have a resolution.

A long wait

Watch sent in for repair in June 2024. Returned mid February 2025. After months of trying to make contact we finally had communication with a switched on member of the team who acknowledged there had been a ´glitch’. A goodwill gesture received for the inconvenience caused by the initial poor customer service. A very high quality repair but a long wait.

Superb service

Superb service - pressure tested my Tag Heur and fitted a new battery. Excellent service - quick and efficient. I have to recommend this shop, they were so good and really took care of my watch.
