WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! MY WATCH HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED DESPITE THEM AGREEING OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. STILL NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THE SAME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS.

Took over a year for LWR to replace the…

Took over a year for LWR to replace the glass on my Omega Railmaster and clean and polish the bracelet. 12 months to carry out routine maintenance is unacceptable. Customer service is 1 out of 10, no updates, no apologies, little or no care at all. I will not be using their services again.

12 weeks since my watch was posted and…

12 weeks since my watch was posted and I am now informed it could take 20 weeks for a battery change and service to a fairly standard Tag. Ridiculous timescale, If this had been disclosed at the time of enquiry I would have gone elsewhere.
