I'm very disappointed with the service…

I'm very disappointed with the service that I have received. I was quoted £657.60 for my Breitling watch repair which I paid on 9th October 2024. I chased up a delivery in November and I was told they were on track for 15 weeks from the date of payment. I thought this was a long time as I was hoping to have it back for Christmas but I accepted the leadtime as they said that it was in the quote. I chased again on the 21st Jan 2025 and they said early March with no explanation. I complained on the 30th January 2025 but I have had no reply.

Best Advice Dont give them your money!

Best Advice - Stay Away. If you need battery replacement or watch strap adjustments, you might consider this place, but if you’re looking for quality service, good communication, and customer support for your watch, this is not the right choice. I would rate it as one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with, bordering on incompetence. You hand your watch in. For the first two weeks, I got updates saying it had moved on to the next stage, but then nothing. Then when you speak to them you realise quickly there is no customer service. I must have raised over 100 emails trying to get it resolved. Lucky if they respond at all. 3.5 MONTHS later watch returned service not (the never ending order of a part) completed refund partially. You have been warned.

Very swift battery replacement service

I have used this company several times in the past (replacing battery in Tag Heaur watch) and have always been happy with the service. They are now in new premises across the road and it’s a lot easier to visit them as you enter straight into reception. The receptionist took my watch and estimated a 15-minute turnaround. My watch failed the pressure test - hardly surprising as it’s over 20 years old and the seal has never been replaced. But I was given excellent advice and there was no pressure or attempt to upsell. I’ll go for a service next time I need a battery change. I was very happy with the experience and will be back.

I sent my husband's Omega Seamaster…

I sent my husband's Omega Seamaster watch for a full service and replacement glass in February 2024, at an upfront cost of £969. It is now TWELVE MONTHS later and I have just finally got through to the service centre. To be advised that the work has been completed but then failed testing so more parts ordered. So another wait of goodness knows how long until I get the watch back. I am in despair. We are now 13 months in with this ongoing saga. I have made daily telephone calls, made the requested formal email to have the watch returned with a full refund. And yet STILL NO RESPONSE. We have no alternative but to seek legal advice. I will paste my review on every social platform available to highlight the extremely abysmal service provided. Please avoid using at all costs, if you value your time and sanity.

I would have given you 5 stars

I would have given you 5 stars, but made it 4 due to the long time it took to be completed (5 months). However the end result was very good and we were tot ally satisfied.

First class service

My watch was repaired and serviced and returned to me as good as new. My only criticism would be the time that it took, 10 weeks which is apparently average for watch repair/servicing.

Brilliant Customer Service

Had an issue with time delay on my Omega watch service and battery change I raised concerns and have today received an email and a phone call from management. I have used these guys before and thought they were brilliant. Their customer service today was in fairness superb and they have decided to send my watch to Omega and have stated they will incur extra costs if they arise. I can’t ask for more than that and will give further praise once my watch returns and I’m happy with it. For now my faith has been restored.Bravo.

Nearly 6 months and hoping my watch will be returned soon

I’m still waiting for my watch to be returned, it’s nearly 6 months now. It’s very hard to get hold of the team to get an update. The phone line at the moment doesn’t ring through, even though it says it’s open from 9.30, and I’ve had to send another email asking for a reply and reassurance that, as once again promised, I will get my watch back soon. It’s becoming a real worry, and I can’t fathom that for a watch that is a common model it has taken so long to get parts etc or why they haven’t got better customer service as a luxury service company. I am really hoping I get my watch back as it is very sentimental to me. In response to below- I’ve added the details as requested in an email. It’s frustrating to see such a quick response to a public forum but not to get a response to my email about my watch and when I will see it again . I look forward to hearing from you soon to hopefully resolve this asap.
