Can't repair Breitling.

Pointless sending a Breitling watch to this company. They advertise that they repair Breitling but they take the watch and then want £24 to return it stating that they can't repair Breitling as they can't source parts. Why take the watch at all, pointless and a waste of my time. Also, watch was returned in a plastic envelope wrapped in some bubble wrap.

Great experience from start to finish. Secure postage both ways. Comprehensive assessment and estimate so I knew what I was paying for and how long it would take. Regular updates. Now got my watch back and it looks great! Thanks to everyone involved.

My Omega looks like new

My Omega watch was a wedding present from my wife but over the years it had got wet, the face had deteriorated and parts of the mechanism rusted. The restoration took a long time but it was worth the wait. The watch looks like new and works perfectly.

UPDATE to I cannot get my watch back

UPDATE AS AT 13 FEB. MANAGED TO GET THROUGH ON PHONE - WATCH HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED. ONCE CUSTOMER SERVICES ENGAGED THEY SORTED IT QUICKLY AND FOLLOWED UP TO CONFIRM RECEIPT. HENCE RATING NOW UPGRADED TO 3*. LACK OF CONSISTENCY IN THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE THROUGHOUT MY ENGAGEMENT WITH THE COMPANY IS A SHAME - I WAS GENUINELY STARTING TO WORRY. I cannot get my watch back. I declined the quote (cos I found a host of other poor reviews elsewhere), paid for return, and have chased and chased. Phone lines are almost constantly closed for ‘servicing’ and the last email I had promised to send it back within 48hrs and I have had no record of its dispatch. I’m genuinely starting to think I’ve been totally scammed….. @luxurywatchrepairs pse show me I’m wrong.

I sent my watch in for service and was told it would take 12 weeks. Once that time had passed, I reached out for an update, only to be told that they had just allocated the parts—meaning no real progress had been made. Now, 17 weeks later, I still don’t have my watch back, and communication has been awful. Every time I ask for an update, I either get vague responses or no response at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering sending your watch in for repair, be prepared for delays and frustration. Would not recommend.

Tag Battery Replacement

I recently visited Luxury Watch Repairs for a battery replacement on my Tag Heuer. I dropped in without an appointment, and they had the repair completed within an hour—impressive, considering the slightly complex setup of the watch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the service was of the highest quality, and they even cleaned the watch. Knowing the repair was completed by Tag Heuer certified store was great too. Highly recommend!
