No Response/No Support Ladies Omega Watch battery replaced in June 2024 and needed replacement again in Dec2024. (Presumably Cheap Battery) The nameless manager got back to me and I was asked to return watch under 12m warranty for another battery replacement but no postage pack for return sent/received to return watch. Despite several e-mails I've had no reply but I have had a request to remove the (nameless managers name) from my original review. No response to e-mails and phones are now temporarily unavailable.. They obviously have time to request a name to be removed from the review but cant be bothered to reply otherwise. Don't waste you time - go to your local jewellers.
Outstanding work
Outstanding work! Sent Luxury Watch Repairs my dad’s 60 year old Omega which was well worn and hadn’t been working for many years. They did a complete restoration of the watch, I was so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. It came back better than I could have imagined.
Late Fathers Omega Seamaster watch restoration
I sent my late father’s Omega Seamaster watch for repair in April 2024, at a cost of not far from £800. It’s now February 2025. I have chased numerous times and even escalated via a Management email they provide. I have had no response as to its whereabouts. It has gone over the 40 weeks maximum estimate and I have no idea what has happened. No one will answer the phone or respond to my emails. I will be escalating. Update; Someone from LWR has today 07/02/25 reached out and confirmed that there have been communication errors and delays their end, but that my watch is currently under repair with Omega Switzerland until May 2025. Awaiting final outcome. Update; (19/03/25) Watch has been received back and appears all in order. Despite initial errors on their part and major concerns I was finally delivered the repair I was promised, after it was escalated, and someone at LWR took ownership for the whereabouts of my watch, which I was grateful for
Paid for my watch repair at the…
Paid for my watch repair at the beginning of December 2024, was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks. I allowed time for Christmas holidays... its now February 2025. No watch and more worrying no reply to 7 emails sent, phone never answered. They have a week then I am reporting my watch as stolen to the police.
Omega Seamaster gone missing
Sent my Omega Seamaster for repair in July 2024 and its now February 2025 and no watch. I have chased on various occasions and have been promised an update that never comes. I will now be reporting my watch as stolen to my local police and contacting Trading Standards. I would not recommend Luxury Watch Repairs to anyone. It’s now nearly a month later (2nd March 2025), I had a call from Luxury Watch Repairs after my last review to try and reassure me my watch is now at Omega and they would call me weekly with an update, plus evidence that my watch had been sent to Omega. Since then I had 1 email asking me to change my review to something more favourable, but of course no weekly updates, no evidence that my watch was sent to Omega and still no watch. 7 days from 2nd March 2025 and I will report the theft of my watch to the Police by Luxury Watch Repairs and also report to Trading Standards.

I’m am absolutely over the moon with the service and repair carried by Luxury Watch Repairs. I had damaged my watch during a fall and the bezel and frame were dented and the auto wind had seized. I wear this watch daily, for work and over time it had also picked up surface scratches and scuffs from general wear and tear. I was a little anxious about sending a watch of this value in the post, but needn’t have been, as they sent me a postage pack to send the watch which had travel case and special delivery package with £25,000 insurance as standard. Once received, they assessed the watch and sent me a detailed quote for the repairs and service and I also opted to add a refurbishment and polish to the service which I’m so pleased I did! They carried out all the works within the given timescale which included a full service, replacement bezel and frame repair and replacement manual winder. They dismantle, clean(ultrasonic) lubricate and reassemble everything, replacing worn parts as required. The seals are all replaced as standard and the watch is pressure tested on completion, carrying out a 5 day time keeping test before being returned securely packaged in a very nice transport case, also included as part of the service. The watch was returned ahead of schedule and when I opened it up I was just blown away! I have owned this watch for 3 years prior to the service and it looks as good now as the day I bought it! It is literally immaculate! Like brand new! Not a scratch or scuff in sight!! I was not. expecting it to be so good!!! I will definitely be using this service again and recommending these guys to my friends and family. The refurbishment and polishing was worth every penny! Atrocious
This is a further update to the negative review that I posed in November 2024. On 3rd December 2024 after over 9 months of ignored emails, unreturned phone calls and total incompetence it was finally agreed by Luxury Watch Repairs' Managing Director that my watch would be returned and my money refunded as they had failed to do what I had paid them to do. The watch was eventually received over a month later on 6th January 2025. As of today, ten months since paying them almost £1800 and over two months since being promised that my money would be refunded this has still not been done. I am now in the process of taking legal action to recover my money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. In response to the reply below, yes, the refund has now been processed but this was only done AFTER I posted this review and over two months after it had been promised! Please get your facts right before trying to make excuses for appalling incompetent service.

3 months later and no £864 refund
They serviced and refurbished a rolex day date for me and returned it to me in Aug 2024. That part of the work was good. They then agreed to get me a new link which was going to take a couple of weeks. I paid £864 for it. By November it hadn't arrived so I went to Rolex HQ in St James sq. A new link was actually £375. I asked for a refund which they agreed to. 3rd Feb 2025 no refund yet. Absolutely con artists, I think they hoped I wouldn't notice or would forget about the refund. Promised from various members of the team to get the refund processed - have called every day for a week now. Nothing... Will need to raise a statutory demand for payment which is beyond ridiculous. They are apparently very short staffed and have taken one way too much work. They want payment for everything upfront and then deliver months later if at all. I suggest cashflow is an issue which is why I have not had my refund yet. Very worrying if you are handing over a valuable asset to them.
