I needed a replacement battery…

I needed a replacement battery and pressure testing super quick to go on holiday. A call to customer services was extremely helpful where the assistant told me how the process worked and what to expect. However the team above and beyond. Replacement battery and pressure testing completed within a week and my watch returned for my holiday. Excellent service. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

First class service from start to Finnish, kept informed of the progress all the way although lost touch a little around Christmas but I understand that. When I called I was informed of what was happening. Watch returned like new. Great job thank you

LW accepted the discontinued antique Rolex…

LW accepted the antique Rolex oyster-date precision (6094) for repair and service when others (Rolex) would not. Not only did they effect expert repair to the damage, LW performed a complete service including replacing any internal damaged parts.The watch was returned to me “as new” including a three year guarantee. (Remarkable!) LW kept me informed of progress throughout. Well worth the wait.

Great Service and Good Value

Using Luxury Watch Repairs could not be more simple. I sent my watch off in the package which they sent me after booking, and I was kept completely up to date with the progress of my watch repair. My watch was returned in a secure case looking as good as new. I would recommend this company for any service or repair which your treasured watch requires. Very good value too!

Omega watch restoration

Excellent service from first contact through to return of watch. Responded quickly to initial queries on quote, and also to requests about progress. Would recommend, and will be using for another Omega.

Refund at last

After a disappointing initial experience I have now got a refund of my estimate. I think that improved communication would make a much better customer experience.

A slower than expected service

I sent my Omega seamaster Polaris to them and they confirmed delivery 12/04/2024. It wasn’t until 02/07 that I received an estimate for £1749.60 which I paid by credit card. I was surprised by the amount and the need to pay before work commenced. I was quoted 15 to 20 weeks. That time estimate has long since passed . There is an automatic response to e mails offering to get back with a response in 48 hours but weeks later still nothing. The phone line given for enquiries is an answer machine message that states that all phones are out of order, please email. In response to this review I did get a phone call the next day with an apology that somehow my watch had been returned by mistake from Omega in August to LWR and they had only recently sent it back to Omega . Omega have apparently now quoted them a 12 week turnaround. Although I still don’t have my watch back they where genuinely apologetic on the phone offering to try and expedite the process and offering a discount/ refund
