DO NOT USE this company. They have lost the Omega repair franchise which was removed by Omega. Watch sent Aug 24. Constant lies as 'waiting for parts' when chased. OMEGA have confirmed parts would never be sent to them. Now sent watch to Switzerland (noproof of this). Pls record all complaints to Citizens Advice as they are forwarding to Trading Standards. Still advertising Omega repairs on website. Also charging £100 more than Omega do. I have sent ref details as is my husbands watch. I have direct confirmation from Omega that you are not an authorised repairer and they would not send parts to you.
Cartier battery replacement - excellent service.
Having sent my Cartier watch for a new battery, I was delighted to receive it back looking better than ever. My watch holds great sentimentality for me and I felt that the team had treated it with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The service was excellent as was the communication to update me on progress. I will use Luxury Watch Repairs again without a doubt. Thank you!

How hard is it for Luxury Watch Repairs to reply to their customers? You send your luxury watch to them & £1600 upfront for repair costs & then you feel like you’re ghosted. You’ve had our sons Omega Seamaster for 1 year in February. The original repair time quoted was 15 to 20 weeks. Why the long delay? Why do you not update customers with the problems fixing their watches? I’m so surprised you are receiving 5 star reviews & customers are so happy with the service you offer. Why are we receiving such dreadful service? They reply to feedback on trust pilot & assures a reply but it never happens! We just want our sons watch back!!
