Awful customer service

Awful customer service and communication throughout! I sent my Breitling Navitimer for a repair and was quoted just under a £1000 in November 2023. I duly paid and waited for the 20-40 week repair period to elapse. After 30 weeks I phoned for an update and was informed that someone would get back to me with an update.... I'm still waiting for this update and every other update I was promised from LWR on the multiple times I called to for an update on the repair. In August 2024 I was told the watch needed to be sent to Breitling and there would be an extra cost of £300 for this, I raised a query on the cost and had to wait a month for a response! I lost my patience in December and raised a complaint and began calling daily until I got a full update. It turns out that, apparently, Breitling didn't do the work required to the watch when sent to them which was the cause of the further delay. After fearing my watch had been lost LWR miraculously turned the repair around inhouse and within 7 days the watch was tested and returned to me in the post. This raises questions that the repair from Breitling was never required and LWR were trying it on and covering up for the delay to the repair and trying to get extra money out of me. LWR had to agree to a refund for the £300 for the watch to go to Breitling and a further discount for the customer service - still waiting on this to be agreed and processed. Sales agents try their best but anyone with any authority is permanently in meetings and cannot be disturbed. They rarely respond to emails and when they do they don't commit to anything. In fairness, the repair to the watch is acceptable - but the customer service and communication are truly diabolical. If you value your watch, please do not use this company as at some point during the repair you will feel like you have lost it forever!

Luxury Watch - Not Luxury Service

I was assured it would take around 48 hours to turn my battery replacement, with special delivery next day. my quote took 4 days to get, had to chase. Then decided at £192 for a watch battery replacement (plus re-seal), that was way more than other retailers were charging, so decided to decline. Took 9 days to get the watch returned. Wouldn't recommend. Cost more than double than other retailers....c'mon guys, luxury? Not really!

Useless and unprofessional

Took my £480 and then no update for three months. I had to chase up every week until now when it should be dispatched soon! I have many “ luxury “ watches and will never use these unprofessional clowns again. It’s been five months, my Tag dealer said it would only take 8weeks; I should have given my watch to them. Not even a discount or free polish offered for inconvenience. Jamie from customer care replied on 31/1/25 to state that my concerns were “appeased” and that it would be completed within a week. David from customer service manager did call me and reluctantly offered a free polish but no reduction in cost for being without my watch initially for five months. The watch was finally ready after me chasing up again on 13/3/25. I got them to deliver it and I was reunited with it on 15/3/25; after SEVEN long months. I would highly recommend you DO NOT use these amateurs and stick with the authorised dealers.

I really wanted to give 5 stars but

I really wanted to give a 5 star review, the work carried out was perfect. My Tag looks as good as new. But, unfortunately I sent my watch in June, for a broken bracelet repair and service and was told 12-14 weeks. I had to chase them multiple times, and each time got a sorry there's been a delay response. I got my watch back in early Jan. I would have been OK with the delays if they had proactively let me know, but i wasted lots of my time chasing them. Shame really, saying that, I would use them again. .

LWR is a scam, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I originally sent a 1* review back in November 2024, having been consistently trying to get my Omega Seamaster back, as they have had it since March 2024. Still waiting and heading towards the 1 year mark. I doubt I’ll see the watch again and will be taking legal action - avoid at all costs.
