Quick and efficient

They made it easy to send my watch to have the battery replaced. The battery was promptly replaced and the watch returned by special delivery.

You repaired it for me back in 2017 when unfortunately it was damaged in a bike accident and did an excellent job. Will definitely use you in the future, good service at a reasonable price. Watch returned after 62 weeks!

Well what a surprise! My watch was finally returned repaired, yesterday after 62 weeks. The watch looks fine and appears to be working OK. If you read either of my previous reviews you will understand why this is a one star review. The timescales for the repair are ridiculous and I am reviewing the performance of LWR who did finally admit that my watch had gone to a third party repairer after sitting around with LWR for who knows how long. Who ever did the repair seems to have done a nice job, time will tell. As for the LWR management and communications people, they let themselves and the actual repairers down by being incapable of managing the repairs to any timescale and communicating with their customers honestly. The whole experience was dreadful and for that reason I will not be using LWR again and would not recommend others to either. Ian C Scott

I can’t fault LWR for their communication. I had emails at every stage (the email confining receipt of my watch even had a photo of it!), I even had a phone call today to check that all was ok. The process was very quick and the price reasonable. Thanks.

The work is great but the length of time you had it was too long. I rang up 3 times over a month period to be told we were waiting on parts which came in last week...they said the same each time
