Professional company with great customer service.

This is the second time I have used LWR to maintain two different Tag Heuer watches. Communication was excellent and although the battery and maintenance took some weeks as parts required ordering, I did receive regular updates. I would feel confident to send in my Rolex watch for a service. The packaging and postage is great considering the value of the contents.

Do not use this company. Had my watch and my money 10 months. Do not respond to my complaints. Have not returned my watch or my money

Never again. Very poor customer service and excessive time to return

Requested a quote for service & polish for a Tag Heuer F1 on 2nd July. Paid (£594) was told usually 12-14 weeks. I got a couple of automated updates but nothing at 12 weeks, or 14 weeks. I emailed for an update. was told there was a delay with parts so possibly another 3-4 weeks. No update at the end of 4 week period so I emailed again. this time was told it would be 2-3 weeks more. Yet again no update from them, so I emailed again. " the watch is with the watchmaker and would be sent within 7 days. NO IT wasn't. It arrived after 10 days So 208 days to service and polish a watch. No updates from customer service unless I chased them. No information on what parts had been changed (It wouldn't wind on the wrist or winder box.) It had been so long since I saw the watch I couldn't remember how scratched it had been. It is now unmarked. I won't be sending any other watch to them and told them so. Should they wish to respond here the order number was QU-102871/56172.

Speedy and Reliable Service

When my watch required a new battery LWR provided a reliable service which gave me confidence that the watch was being looked after at every stage of the process. I was kept well informed throughout. Royal Mail special delivery was used both for dispatch and return. Recommended.

Excellent service from LWR. Ability to send watch and get detailed estimate for repairs was superb. Price options provided subject to extent of repair required. Repairs actioned and watch returned in registered envelope with excellent packaging. Repaired watch looks great and function well. No hesitate in recommending LER.

Excellent easy to navigate system for delivery and return of your precious watch - secure and insured. Clear communication of itemised work schedule required together with cost. Excellent communication to reassure regarding progress over time. All in all a smooth and worry free experience.
