I sent my Tag for a battery replacement. The quote came back recommending a maintenance service. I replied requesting only a battery change. The quote was amended, and a battery was fitted. The watch was returned in just a couple of days. Exactly what I wanted, so I am very happy with the service.

In addition to the full service, they brought my 1998 Omega Seamaster back to new and now looks like the first day I bought it - all the tiny scratches on the clasp and bezel have been removed after 25 years of continuous use. Superb job - thank you.

I am more than happy with your service to my watch. This is in fact the second time you have serviced it. I was particularly impressed with the way I was kept informed of progress and that you heeded my request about when to return it to me. I will most definitely use Luxury Watch Repairs again.
Communication is key!
Overall the service this time was ok. I was told my watch would take 2 weeks and I would get updates. In the end it took 4 weeks and I had to phone LWR to get an update. The time taken would not have been an issue if I would have been given the updates I was promised. Might try another watch repairer next time.

The process was seamless from start to finish. The customer service was excellent with an update being provided on progress at every stage. Once complete I received a call to ensure I was satisfied, which of course I was.

I was recommended to use LWR for my much loved Jaeger watch. It was scratched and required polishing and a general refurb..( not a service). It returned in a special strong case, looking brand new! The price was not frightening, but the quality was , in my opinion, no less than had I returned the watch to Switzerland , paying a mortgage, and waiting 6 months…..now I tell all my friends who to use, I am not endorsed by the way. Great job and thanks.

They took great care of my TAG…
They took great care of my TAG Aquaracer. The watch had always lost about a minute a day since new. Now keep good time. Also fixed the other faults and serviced the watch.
Sent my Breitling for full service…
Sent my Breitling for full service early January 2024. Paid the estimate but took c10 months to get my watch returned. Sadly, I has to do all the chasing and at no time were they proactive in updating me. I really was concerned I may never see my watch again. Went and bought a replacement. That said, all appears now to be in order and watch fully operational. Long may it continue. I did receive an email follow up from Head of Customer Services to ask if I was satisfied. I replied accordingly but no response since. Simple fix is to be honest with timescales and keep the customer informed.
