This company repaired my Omega SeaMaster

This company repaired my Omega SeaMaster watch when several other companies told me that the watch could not be repaired. Good Job!

A Good service , but watch out for the postage cost.

A well organised process for the installation of a new battery in my TAG Heuer. It was returned to me in 1 week, so that was great. The ‘surprise m’ was that the advertised cost of battery replacement of £48 turned into over £70 with return postage.

The most dishonest company you can deal…

The most dishonest company you can deal with, want you to pay up front but when they owe u a refund they won’t pay up. Countless times of asking and calling false promises and still no cash in the bank. Avoid at all cost 2 months almost to get refund, only after leaving this review was it resolved.

Watch fitted with faulty battery…

I had a battery fiited in Apri and my watch was loosing time by Dec. I then had to take time off to go to Hatton Gdn where the specialist admitted the battery strength was not where it should be. I took from that, faulty. He also admitted that batteries were not always tested before being put into watches. The battery was replaced and I was assured it would be ok. The watch kept time aslong as I wore it, took it off at night and started to loose time. This could be because there is a bad connection or pressure. I will have to take further time off to go to the shop Response from customer care was excess battery consumption was fault of watch. This does not explain why the watch stops when not worm... 18th Dec - A representative from Luxury Watches called me and we went through my experience. He listened and understood my frustration. Offered for me to take my watch in for further diagnistic but we agreed a full refund on the battery. The refund was made promptly and this instilled some faith in their customer service.

My watch came back from repair like new…

My watch came back from repair like new it was in fact 54 years old! It did take a bit longer to repair which I expect was difficulty obtaining parts. I was kept informed of progress.

Appalling communication and delays

I sent my watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in June 2024, paid nearly £700 upfront, and have received almost no meaningful communication since. It has now been over 25 weeks, and I still have no idea when—or if—I will get my watch back. What concerns me most is the complete lack of transparency. Emails go unanswered, and there’s no proactive communication to explain the delay or provide reassurance. It leaves me questioning whether my watch is being repaired at all—or even still in their possession. This experience has been both stressful and deeply disappointing. A company handling valuable items should prioritise customer trust, yet Luxury Watch Repairs has shown no regard for mine.  I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this company.

Tag Heuer farce

I sent my Tag Heuer to this business in August 2024 for a service and repair to the bezel for £420. Paid and informed the parts ordered and quoted the 14 week window for completion and return. Received standard auto-generated messages and after repeated chasing, now told of unavoidable delays, so now (with no firm date) the watch will likely be returned in early 2025. These people are at best inept. Do NOT use.
