Excellent service.

First time in Manchester, was looking for a service centre to change battery on my Tag Heuer watch. Stumbled upon it on Google maps and went there straight. Very quick and the staff was friendly and professional. The cost was cheaper than anticipated. Overall, i’d recommend this place :)

Having received an email from Luxury Watch Repair saying they were unable to repair my watch bracelet, I was absolutely amazed at the workmanship Charlie Raymond (at the Manchester branch) showed in repairing my watch bracelet. The integral bracelet had been damaged where it attached at either side of the watch face and consequently the links could not be replaced. Charlie mended each link and cleaned the bracelet so that both the front and back of the bracelet we smooth and the damage can only be seen by the discerning eye. All credit to Charlie. I am most grateful for the care Charlie took in restoring my watch to a near perfect condition.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Charlie store manager. Really went above and beyond. Our second visit to luxury watch repairs. It certainly will not be the last.

Sent my TAG to them for a battery replacement - all good in terms of communication initially. They recommended a full service which I agreed to. They then returned the watch and the face constantly fogs up as it hasn’t been properly sealed. They don’t reply to any emails or answer the phone. This is starting to feel very much like a scam. So now I am £190 down and a in-usable watch.

I was very impressed by the Luxury Watch Repairs. Not only was my battery changed within 20 minutes but the cost was reasonable and I couldn't fault the actual service which was conducted in a very friendly manner. I will certainly use your them again if required and recommend to others.
