In October 2023 I fell for the the advert the 4.3 trustpilot good reviews(dont believe) and the insured postage, I thought I would send my wife's Rolex off for repair and service and foolishly thought it would be back for wife's birthday in January 2024 They quoted for full service, movement repair,scratches removed and polished for the cost of £619.20 On 9/1/24 I sent email to them to see where the watch was after a few days with no reply I phoned them with over 1 hour on hold I found out it will take 15-18 weeks, from the date of proceed (21.11.23), which is in the fine print after 15 weeks I phoned on regular bases which hard to do they said there had been a delay for a part but it would be 7 to 10days, 10 days later they said the same the next time he put on hold for 5min and pretended to get in touch with work shop its 7 to 10 days this happend again, on third time I said it's been 6 month's I want my watch back and refund for work not done this time he phoned work shop and came back and said it just needs polishing and would be with you at end of week It arrived on Saturday it had not been polished the small scratches and dings where still ther, thay had not wiped it with a cloth it was full of muck and prints

Charles went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly Friendly helpful and cheerful Would certainly recommend others to try it out

A written quote was received via email before any work is started. Can be difficult to get speaking to any staff members, although once i used the’ all back’ option on the recorded message, a staff member called me back within an hour and was very helpful with my query. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Good service and good communications. Took some time and extras arose subsequent to the estimate that were quite a shock but this was dealt with promptly and professionally and the repair/refurbishment is excellent and the watch back to how it should be.

Excellent communication with this company & I have now used them a couple of times. I would recommend. Unfortunately due to a bank holiday and emails going into junk the watch took a little longer than expected to be returned. The packaging and postage was secure and very quick. My watch is now in perfect working order.
