If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid for a repair by bank transfer only to discover it wasn't going to include items on the estimate. I asked for my watch and money back 2 months ago I got the watch back promptly but despite 20 odd e mails and a number of calls they have not given me a refund. Twice they have said they have made the transfer once claiming they the money had left their account but it's not in my account. They have then "flagged your review for containing harmful or illegal content" to try to get this review removed. At least their PR team is more responsive than their accounts team. I still don't have my money back.

Watch return after 8 months and looks worse than it did…

Received my watch back almost 8 months after sending it to this business. I’m now lost for words following the appalling service I’ve received like many others in the reviews, my watch came back looking worse than it did when I sent it, more scratches than before! An absolute joke of a business!! I would genuinely avoid using this company, I get there will be some occasions when service may appear good, but please read the negative reviews, we all experience the same horrific service and not an apology in sight! Avoid like the plague, for your own sanity! Update following your reply (20-5-24): Typical reply from you after putting me through the ordeal I’ve faced, you seriously are a shambles, I’ve tried contacting you a million times, you failed to answer my calls and only replied to me sporadically when I sent in bad reviews! I rejected the quote as the quote was ridiculously priced and not what I asked for, as for the counterfeit part, where on earth has that come from, at no point have you referenced or made me aware of a counterfeit part, what a load of nonsense! I’ve got a very expensive Breitling that I bought from new, and now it has a counterfeit bezel, please do me a favour! I’ve had a horrendous experience and just hope this is enough to put off as many potential customers as possible, I’ve since taken my watch to Beaverbrooks who have been amazing and have given me a 6 week turnaround, and guess what, they are doing exactly what I’ve asked at a great price, and through Breitling! Everyone will have different experiences with you, mine has been like a lot of peoples on here, absolutely awful! But, the good thing for everyone is, just leave a negative review and you get a response to your issue!

This is the 2nd time I have used LWR…

This is the 2nd time I have used LWR and find the whole end to end service exceptional so wouldn’t look anywhere else now. They are very competitively priced and send informative frequent emails as your watch goes through service process to dispatch. Excellent telephone service too and went the extra mile for me when I asked for my watch back before I went on holiday. Highly recommend.

Shoddy custoner service

i did not accept their estimate for the service of my watch and requested it be returned. The company failed to respond to my many emails and in the one email i did receive, claimed that my email had gone to their spam folder which i viewed with suspicion, as by that time i had sent emails to different addresses i found on their website, and none of those were answered. I was worried whether I was going to get my watch back and was concerned that this was a scam. i finally decided to travel down to London from Scotland to retrieve my watch and on my arrival in London received an email requesting payment for postage before dispatch. Anyway I was here and strolled up to Hatton Garden and got my watch back. 2 months it took, but i have it back now and there is no way i am dealing with this company again. UPDATE just for the record, i submitted the quote reference with the original review, but it seem that LWR prefers to ignore that and claim that they can't find the details of the quote. For the avoidance of any doubt it is QU-101195/RUD, so no more gaslighting please.
